Are you looking to experience the real Tulum? Casa de ángel 7 is a true treasure! It is in Kokoon Pueblo, a brand new boutique development in the heart of the jungle. Find yourself surrounded by local communities and only 15 minutes from the beach.

Hidden behind the limestone wall of Kokoon Pueblo, the area is gated and has a 24/7 security guard. A secluded common area with swimming pool, lounge chairs and dining table are all enrobed in palm trees and vines.

The open kitchen has modern appliances, plus a blender, toaster oven, espresso machine and more. There is a convenient ½ bath, washer/dryer, refrigerator with fresh water and ice, living room with sectional couch, game table, and large television.

Upstairs you will find a bedroom with King size bed, ensuite bathroom, built in closets, desk to be used for work or vanity, and a small balcony overlooking the garden. The second bedroom has two double beds, and two lofted twin beds. This room also has built in closets, ensuite bathroom and balcony. Both bedrooms are outfitted with luxuries such as linen sheets, small safes, magnifying mirrors, hair dryers, and bathrobes.

The beautiful roof has a charcoal grill, sink, dining table, and mini refrigerator. Lounge chairs and built-in benches surround the private plunge pool. Outside there is also a ½ bath and outdoor shower.

We provide 6 bicycles for our guests to use freely. Set in the jungle but only a few minutes ride to the nearby Veleta neighborhood. You will find everything from taco carts to gelato, Neapolitan pizza, sushi, taquerias, and live music. The villa is close to Tulum Pueblo where you can mingle with the locals and Coba Street where you can discover a full range of restaurants, bars, and shops.

The beach zone is a 15-minute drive. This area is complete with hundreds of global restaurants, night clubs, beach clubs, and unique shopping experiences under the canopy of the jungle.

Kokoon Pueblo is new construction, completed in 2023. Designed with the rustic beauty of Mayan architecture and materials to create a home with modern Mexican style. Chukum is created by boiling bark from chukum trees found across the Yucatan peninsula and mixed with cement. This technique was used to finish the walls, ceilings, and floors throughout. The wood used for doors and furniture was sourced locally and built on site. Large sliding glass doors are designed to make you feel at home in the jungle.

Tulum is home to over 6000 freshwater cenotes, the Sian Ka’an Biosphere, Ancient Mayan Ruins, hundreds of yoga studios, the jungle, and the turquoise Caribbean beaches of Mexico.

The closest airport to Tulum is Cancun International Airport. Several major and small car rental agencies are available at the airport. We recommend that you rent a car with 4-wheel drive as there are many dirt roads and potholes throughout Tulum. Renting a car and driving to Tulum is very easy! It is one highway; you will travel south on 307 for approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes to the villa. There will be one parking space available for you when you arrive at Kokoon Pueblo. Arrangements can also be made for an airport transfer.
We provide you with bicycles at the villa which are great for exploring the surrounding neighborhoods. Mopeds can be rented for further exploration. Parking is available everywhere if you prefer to drive your car to the beaches or restaurants. Taxis and private car services are also options in Tulum.
