1. Maximum Occupancy: The penthouse accommodates up to 8 guests. Please do not exceed this limit. 2. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors. 3. No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco products is strictly prohibited inside the penthouse or on the balconies. 4. No Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the penthouse. 5. No Parties or Events: Large gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted. Registered guests only.
Safety & Security
1. Key and Access Codes: Please keep your key and/or access codes secure. Lost keys or unauthorized sharing of codes will result in a replacement fee. 2. Balcony Use: Use balconies responsibly. Do not lean on railings or throw items off the balconies. 3. Fire Hazards: Do not leave candles, fireplaces, or any cooking appliances unattended.
Cleanliness & Care
