The space
Our apt has a full king-size mattress and has a private entrance, there's also a convenience living room where you can comfortably watch TV after a day of exploring Tulum

The entire room and bathroom are yours to be used, as well as the pool and the fitness deck.
Other things to note
Tulum is one of the fastest growing cities in Mexico, as a result there are occasional power outages all over the town, in the area there may be some sites being developed, some noise may be heard on the distance during working hours. As this area is new, you’ll be surrounded mostly by jungle and there is no street illumination at night. The road is not paved, there may be potholes, specially during the rainy season. Tulum's cellular network is usually saturated and poor quality. Make sure to plan ahead, internet access could be limited to Wi-Fi networks. Tulum is a very humid place with levels around 80-90% all year round.
