Guests have private access to the entire home. Self check-in is available through the front-door keypad. The backyard is accessible only through the back door.

Please note:

Thermostat settings are limited to 70°F maximum heat in winter and 69°F minimum cooling in summer.
The converted garage is not climate-controlled. It includes a ceiling fan, window AC unit, and electric fireplace; the AC unit can be loud.

No food or drinks in bedrooms
Do not rearrange furniture
No paint, glitter, glue, hair dye, cosmetic procedures, nail polish, or polish remover
Do not send mail or packages to the property

The backyard gate is locked and you can only enter it from the back door of the home.

The converted garage is not climate controlled. A ceiling fan, window AC unit, and electric fireplace help manage comfort year round. Note: the AC unit runs loud.
