Stay in a classically designed apt near ORU, exercise trails, and restaurants!

*Long Term rentals only…. Starting 1/2025). Set near a number of tasty restaurants and fun activities, this large, bright, two bedroom apartment is full of amenities, including access to off-street parking, a swimming pool (for summer!) and a fully-stocked kitchen. Two nice-sized en-suite bedrooms boast plenty of closet space. This home-away-from-home is a great value, tucked inside a quiet gated residential community in the Southern Hills neighborhood. We have a hassle free code-based entry system for self-check-in at any hour.

The apartment is ground-level and consists of two en-suite bedrooms. One bathroom has a full-size shower, while the other has a bathtub and shower combination. Each room has a closet, and natural light permeates the entire apartment.

The kitchen is fully stocked, with a coffee maker, pots and pans, and a full set of cutlery and plates. Feel free to visit any of the restaurants nearby, or stay in and cook!

The neighborhood is nestled between Midtown and South Tulsa. Easy access to Highway 44 that takes you east and west to other parts of town. Downtown Tulsa is a 12-16 minute drive away, including the BOK Center, Brady Arts District, and the business center. Oral Roberts University is approximately 3 minutes away, as is the Sherwin Miller Museum of Jewish Art. A short 7 minute drive from Turkey Mountain, Tulsa s best hiking, and an even closer 4 minute drive (or 7 minute bike ride) to the exercise trails along the Arkansas River.

Super clean apartment!

The apartment was super clean and well furnished. The master bed was comfortable. The apartment complex didn’t do the apartment itself justice. Reserved parking was a nice perk. Communication with the hostess was great.

Do Not Recommend

There were several issues with our 1 night stay in this condo. First was communication with the property manager. Despite info on the listing saying the entry code would be shared a day before, it wasn’t, when. I reached out to get it, had to wait and then it said “see you tomorrow” umm, no, we are coming today. Then found out the water heater and refrigerator were broken. Both had to be replaced while we were sitting in the unit. Did I mention the code we got didn’t work anyway? Neither did the water heater. The complex itself is not nice, despite being in a nice area. Don’t make the mistake of booking this place.

Girls getaway weekend

This was a quiet little get away for me and my best friend. It was perfect! The beds are comfortable, the property as a whole was so comfortable. Host was quick at responding and extremely nice. Everything was clean and water pressure was amazing!! Had lots of things incase you forget anything! Definitely will book this property next time we have a get away weekend for sure.

Pleasant stay

We chose this place because of the close proximity to ORU and Southern Hills. Once we arrived we wondered if it was the right place. We found it to be cozy and very peaceful once inside the property. We had a pleasant stay!

Overall this property is well maintained and clean. The hostess was very responsive to any inquiries. The only negative I have is the complex does not have buildings well marked so it took a little time to find the right unit.

Cozy, warm, and welcoming

This is a great property - we are traveling with our teenage daughter and dogs. My daughter loved having one of the master bedroom suites with a bathroom all to herself. There is a small dog run at the back of the complex which was great so our dogs could stretch their legs. The host has thought of everything - there are K-cups for the Keurig, and travel size soaps and shampoos along with toothbrushes in case you forgot anything. Super comfy bed (I like mine pretty firm), comfortable seating in the living room. Will definitely be staying again.

Close to landmarks/questionable neighborhood

The condo unit itself was pretty good...nice big smart TV, comfy couch, secure unit, nice shower, gated community, lighted parking area. Second bedroom was nice and had its own full bathroom. Tina was excellent...very much responsive and helpful! Surrounding area outside of gates had some questionable people on the streets. The gate was fairly protective but it broke part was into our stay. Felt car was reasonably safe with lighted parking .

Not how the reviews described

I am writing this because the rest of the reviews are really good and convinced me to book here. We never received a check in email with door codes or any other information, so about 30 min before check in I messaged on VRBO, received no response, texted, nothing, finally had to call. She didn't seem to know someone was checking in. Got the information, went to the unit at 3 (check in time) cleaning lady was still there. She didn't know when she would be done, asked if she could leave laundry in the washer/dryer. Finally got in about 4pm. Kitchen had not been wiped down, there was dried egg on the counter. Shortly after getting in and unloading we got a message from the owner that we needed to move our car because one of the residents said we weren't in our assigned space. There are no numbers on the curb or any indication that there are assigned spaces. In addition, this information was not included in check in instructions. The apartment is nice, but the area is not. The complex is pretty sketchy. The pool is very nice, but I would not go by myself. The AC is set at 76 pretty much all the time. The coolest it got was 73. Asked the owner if we could get in any cooler, basically just got a no after 2 or 3 hours. Even when we left, texted and told the owner we were leaving and got no response.

Amazing place

This was a great experience and we loved the quick response from the host on how to get into the complex and what the wifi password was. The place was very inviting and very home setting. Great quiet place and the neighbors were nice and talkative. Would definitely come back to stay here

So comfortable

Loved the layout. My daughter and I each had our own room and bathroom and they were separated by the living area which is a great setup. All the furniture was very comfortable. It was quiet. The condo property was a little rundown but the inside was really nice. Parking was right outside the door which is always a plus. Good location too.
