As you step into this 1,800 sqft haven, you'll be greeted by the warmth of hardwood flooring and the comfort of central air conditioning. The updated kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, is ready to handle all your culinary adventures, while the spacious living area provides the perfect setting for quality family time

The house boasts two full baths, ensuring no morning rush hour for the family. The four bedrooms provide ample space for everyone to enjoy their personal sanctuary. The master suite is a retreat within a retreat, offering a tranquil space to unwind after a busy day

Getting Around:
The house is less than a mile from major crossroads in town and accessible via car, bus, or a quick Uber or Lyft ride. Drivers are usually within 4 minutes. If Uber or Lyft does not work for you, Enterprise Rent a Car is just a mile away on 11th St. We're 1/2 mile from Interstate 244 and from US 64/US 51.

So Sad!

We had great hopes for our stay in Tulsa, however staying at this house was not a highlight of our trip. The home was very dirty, everything was full of pet hair. We scrubbed the tubs, washed all the pots and pans (and they still didn’t look clean so we didn’t cook). Even the oven was dirty. The rug in the living room was so filthy we moved it to the garage for the duration of our stay. Washed the rugs in the bathrooms, and vacuumed several times to pick up the pet hair. My husband even cleaned the vacuum cleaner - it was full of dirt.The living room furniture was terribly uncomfortable especially the sofa, it had a protective covering on it but the cushions never stayed in place. Most of the furniture looked used and not that well cared for. Towels and other essentials just looked like cast offs. This was the first time I used VRBO and will probably be my last. It doesn’t give me any pleasure to report this but you really need to know. Perhaps you need a new cleaning service to get this property livable.

Chores, fees and loud dogs.

The house itself is fine. It was pretty clean. Dated. Bathrooms are from the 1950s. Location is okay. But the neighbors had dogs. Loud mean dogs. The back yard was nice, but if you went outside, the dogs barked and growled the entire time. Could not sleep at night. All four bedrooms are on the wall next to the dogs. They barked all night. Got very little sleep in on our trip. The dogs are not the hosts fault, but are an issue. I would NEVER rent this house again. The host is a mixed bag. They left snacks and useful items like toothpaste and shampoo. They keep asking if they can help. But they also sent message after message with threats of fines if you do not do a list of chores. I was not happy with the list of chores on top of a cleaning fee. Most places ask you to put dishes in the washer, etc. This host attached a fine/fee to every missed chore. Would never stay at this location again, but that is 50% the dogs. Would be reluctant to again use this host.

Clean home, great for groups!

Booked this residence for some friends who were coming into town to visit, the property was very clean, easy to access, and the neighborhood was very quiet. Would book this home again for any small groups coming to visit me in Tulsa.

Basic needs met

Nothing fancy here, but all necessities provided for. So many "extra" fees for seemingly little things (that IMO should be included in the cleaning fee).5 night stay, only provided 3 K-cups. Very obnoxious dog next door.

Perfect Place for our 17 days in Tulsa!

When searching for a VRBO house, we chose this one because it had 4 separate bedrooms. We did not want sofa sleepers or futons, as our stay would span over 16 nights. Comfort and privacy among our group was important. Upon arrival, the neighborhood was clean and quiet. There was plenty of parking for our vehicles. We were in town to attend our National Horse Show at the Expo Square, so having room to park our trucks can be difficult sometimes. We were not at the house much, but when we were there, it was so nice to just sit on the back patio, have a cup of coffee and watch our dogs enjoy the huge fenced yard. The home was clean, decorated so cute and there were many touches that made us feel so welcome. We will be back in Tulsa next October and I hope that this home will be available to us again. We've been staying in Tulsa for many, many years now. This home is our favorite so far.
