After posting my initial review, I was visited at my room my two male members of upper hotel management who asked to speak with me about the harassment I endured by their employee at this location. I showed them my phone with repeated text messages which I had neither opened nor responded to, told them about being yelled at, him coming to my door and beating on it and yelling Front Desk because I wouldn't answer my phone, respond to the texts, stop on property when he was yelling at me. They told me that they are going to fire him. BUT - yesterday, the woman who works at this hotel told management (one of the men who was at my door this morning), they came and knocked on my door and asked me to come to the office. I told my story, he made a phone call in front of me, spoke a foreign language, and told me that he was firing the man who had repeatedly harassed me. So, if he was supposedly fired by management yesterday, why does upper management need to show up today, see my phone, read all of the texts, and tell me that he's "probably going to be fired"?
And then, when I ask for free nights here, tell me that my negative review is the problem? I can be stalked and harassed by an employee, lied to by another employee, have roaches in my room, and be gaslit by upper management but me asking for some sort of compensation is the problem? Unbelievable.
