Cozy Stone Cottage

This quiet and centrally located home in Broken Arrow has been carefully and totally remodeled. You are 1 minute from great coffee shops, restaurants, and groceries. The beautiful historic Rose District is less than 1 mile away with all its shopping, restaurants, and cafes! You are 2 minutes from the Broken Arrow Expressway, and 15 minutes from the airport or downtown Tulsa. You will feel safe, cozy, and relaxed here! Enjoy the peaceful back-yard which backs up to a green horse pasture.
The space
This is a 3 bedroom home with 1.5 baths. There is a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds. There's also a pack-n-play and highchair. The kitchen and living room is all open and ready to entertain a family or a group. Each gathering area in the kitchen, living room, and back patio seats 6-7 guests. There's also a soft hot-tub, grill, and patio furniture on the back porch. You're welcome to use the laundry machine and dryer, and the office desk area.
Guest access
The whole house is available to guests except the cleaner's supply closet. All rooms are on the ground floor and are wheelchair accessible.

It would be nice to have a tv in the bedroom. Most of us sleep with the tv on. The place was quiet and really all we need but I feel like the pictures make the place look better than what it is. I found a hair in the bathroom on the sink and that made question the cleanliness of the house. Plus a dirty toilet. I’m not picky but you have to have a clean place of you want to be in the Vrbo business.

Beautiful home! I really like the location of this house too, easy access to the highway and close to more than one grocery store. We spent so much time playing with our infant in the living room and in the backyard. I’ll definitely be booking here again!

The property itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable, as advertised. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue where we were locked out of the property, and the host did not respond to our multiple requests for assistance. VRBO was also unable to reach the host or provide support. It is noteworthy that VRBO contacted us only after our scheduled checkout time to inquire if they could assist further, which was after the delay had already caused significant inconvenience. We experienced over three hours of wait time without receiving a response, which contributed to a stressful situation. Additionally, the listing does not disclose the presence of several Ring security cameras around the property. Besides the three cameras at the front of the property, there was also a Ring floodlight camera with a view directly onto the patio, which made us uncomfortable using the hot tub. Ultimately, we would not feel comfortable staying again.

My husband and I stayed for almost a week in Grady’s beautiful cottage and thoroughly enjoyed our time there! Clean, new bedding, simple furnishings, great kitchen and laundry room available, just top notch in every way. Thanks for a wonderful get away!

Very Cozy Cottage!

This is a very conveniently located home in Broken Arrow and to nearby Tulsa! While we only used the master bedroom-very comfortable king sized bed- there are 2 other rooms with a queen and the other with 2 singles. We really enjoyed the “cozy” living room! Very comfy couch and a wonderful leather chair with ottoman (which we moved to watch the good sized smart tv) other chairs as well! The small deck out back was comfortable- padded couch and chairs. We did not use the small rubber hot tub- but it looked ready to use (in Jan!). Brady, our host, was very responsive and helpful! Really nice sized washer and dryer! The pictures of this house are pretty true to what you get! The bedrooms are not very big but are definitely serviceable and comfortable! We would recommend and stay here again!

Never got in

We changed our dates. Cancelled and rebooked. When we got to the home there was a car in the driveway. I tried the door code and it would not open the door. I walked to the back of the house and a guy came to the door and told me I need to leave the property. I told him I was checking in and he said I was not checking in. I tried to show him my confirmation through the door and he just walked away and said it was not on the calendar and it was not ready. I tried to call the host and got no answer so I callled Brno customer service and cancelled the reservation. The host did eventually message and apologize for the mix up but it left my wife and I scrambling to find a place to stay! Not a good experience!
