Bring the whole family and make memories of a lifetime at this BEAUTIFUL LAKE HOUSE!! Whether you're looking to hit the slopes at Song Mountain or just enjoy the serenity of the lake, this house has it all! Enjoy the sunrise over the lake or take the kayaks out for an adventure. This property has a beautiful outdoor patio, lake frontage with a private dock, kayaks, fishing poles, fireplace, grill, you name it! The perfect getaway for the whole family!

This property has a cozy, cabin style interior with a wood stove and two comfortable living rooms. There is an updated and fully stocked kitchen on the first floor and four bedrooms on the second floor. Downstairs you will find a home gym with all the exercise equipment you need! Enjoy the huge back deck and the large yard leading down to the water and private dock. !

Please note: There are no public boat launches or rental services available in the area, so we’re unable to accommodate motorboats. However, guests are welcome to enjoy the water using the two kayaks provided for your use during your stay.
We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:

- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

- No pets allowed without permission. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the "Add guests" tab in the search bar.

- No events, parties or large gatherings

- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees will apply if the guests fail to check out on time.

- Minimum age to book is 21

Family reunion

Beautiful and Comfortable Lake House

This home is thoughtfully appointed with a great layout for medium/large groups. The kitchen is well designed, all the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms look new! We enjoyed many hours in the chairs around the fire pit by the lake. Truly a perfect house for our weekend.

Wonderful House

Well equipped and furnished house on a peaceful lake. The pictures accurately represent the property. Has everything you need for a great vacation. The shaded patio looks out to the lake and is great place for happy hour and dinner. Highly recommended for a mellow vacation for a group of friends or a multigenerational family vacation.

Magnificent property. Spacious with a great location for relaxing on the lake or taking day trips. Top notch kitchen furnished with everything you could want. Two living areas eliminated any competition over TV watching. Fitness room is a nice bonus.

Lovely Home with plenty of room for relaxing. Great outdoor spaces with lovely view of the lake. I do wish they would just leave the door unlocked for arrival and not send door codes. Yes, this property is worth visiting.
