NEW LISTING!! This gorgeous property is located in a neighborhood culdesac & boasts 3 bedrooms, each with a generously sized bathroom.

There are 2 living areas with large smart TVs - perfect for a large group who wants to hang out in separate spaces! There is a screened porch off the main level with a fireplace, large TV, & sitting + eating areas. Your view is beautiful & private - the house backs up to acres of lush woods.

The lower level living area has a bumper pool table & plenty of seating to watch TV and/or play games. Off this level is a patio where you can sit & relax under string lights, cook dinner on the new gas grill, and enjoy s'mores around the fire pit. Relax in the family swing and enjoy views of the lake! Feel free to use the board games, video games, and corn hole we've provided as well.

Just a few houses down the street is a paved walking path that takes you down to the Holiday Landing Marina & Blue Gill Grill restaurant (you can also drive over if you prefer not to walk). The restaurant serves lunch and dinner (and weekend breakfast during the summer months) and has "SINGO" on Thursday nights and live music on Saturday nights (*check seasonal schedule*). It's the perfect outdoor lake restaurant! You can dress up or wear your swimsuit - anything goes! There are courtesy slips at the dock if you'd like to bring a boat, and the marina also rents pontoons if needed.

If the lake life isn't for you, there are plenty of other things to do in the area. Take a short drive and enjoy some hiking, volleyball, or playground time at the beautiful Tim's Ford State Park (3 miles). Play a round of golf at the Jack Nicholas designed Bear Trace golf course (4 miles). Tour the world famous Jack Daniel's Distillery and have brunch or lunch at Miss Mary Bobo's Restaurant (12 miles). Visit the picturesque Winchester Square to take a stroll, eat some delicious food, shop, and enjoy a movie at the historic Oldham Theater (9 miles). For a fun day trip, visit Sewanee, TN and the University of the South for beautiful hiking and overlooks (25 miles).

Back at the house, you'll have everything you need to feel at home - a full size washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, & extremely fast Wifi (there's even a desk in the master if you need to work!) The house has been newly updated with very comfortable mattresses and bedding, five large TVs, seating for 12 in the kitchen / dining room, and designer touches throughout.

Whatever you choose to do during your stay, we're confident you'll love your time here and the serenity that surrounds you!

The kitchen was large and very nicely stocked with kitchen ware for preparing all our meals (for 8 guests). The house was spacious and very comfortable. It was a very peaceful home/neighborhood and our family had a wonderfully refreshing Thanksgiving time there. I think that it would be a great summertime retreat, also.It is a very short distance to Tim's Ford state park for fishing, boating, etc. We did get an afternoon of fishing in - more like 'drowning worms' -- but had lots of fun doing it!!

the house was very clean and comfortable. One bedroom with bath on each floor was great for privacy and quiet time. Communication back and forth with host was quick and easy. Big, well stocked kitchen has a huge island to gather around in addition to a dining table to seat 8 more. We particularly loved the screened in deck with a fireplace. We spent mornings and evenings out there enjoying the cool weather without the bugs!The yard is not large but we didn't need it. There is a patio in addition to the deck. The path down to the lake is great, but the walk back up is quite steep! I'd take a wagon if you have lots of items to carry.It was a really lovely home to stay in.

The house was great and even exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed a ladies lake trip celebrating milestone birthdays. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, comfortable beds, and wonderful indoor & deck living space. We hope to come back for another long weekend soon. Also we highly recommend Filo’s restaurant in Winchester for lunch or dinner.

Family Time at the lake

Perfect get away!

We stayed at this adorable house for a weekend archery event with friends. It was the perfect arrangement for a diverse group. The bedrooms being on 3 different floors allowed space and privacy for everyone, while the common spaces were large enough to let us all spend time together. The house was super clean, beds and linens were luxurious, and the location was so serene. Would highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

This property was perfect for our visit to Tullahoma. The decor is welcoming, the appliances are top notch and the master bedroom's bed was so comfortable. The host's communication was quick. I just loved our stay.

Great Experience

Great location, beautiful home, amazing hosts!

We had been traumatized by late-night checkins when the GPS didn't work. Ashley was great about giving us personal phone numbers and landmarks in case the GPS didn't work. The house was so great, unfortunately, it rained all weekend. But the screened-in porch with the fireplace and game room was a fun distraction. The beds were super comfy, and the neighborhood was super cute. Host offered up incredible coffee places and local eateries, we will be back for sure!

Love this lake home!!

We fell in love with this home on Tim’s Ford Lake! It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and felt brand new. Plenty of room for 2 families with teenagers. We loved the large, well-stocked kitchen and shady screened porch, which had a gorgeous view of the woods. The marina is right next door, which is so convenient, and has a great restaurant. The host was so gracious and easy to communicate with. We would 100% stay here again and again!!!

Absolute dreamy relaxing vacation

My husband and I had family friends in from out of state for a long weekend. The home was absolutely wonderful to say the least. Its in a super convenient location where you feel secluded, but are easily able to access town or any nearby things. The home is gorgeous. We really enjoyed the layout with bedrooms on each floor. We spent a lot of time on the upper porch which is screened in with a beautiful fire. The owner left us cookies & a handwritten note welcoming us; and was super easy to communicate with. We had such a great time, and will absolutely return. It was absolutely wonderful with everything you could want and more.

Couples Whiskey Trail Weekend

Fabulous house with all the essentials plus some. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the bbq was brand new. The screened in porch with gas fireplace was perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. We enjoyed live music and an appetizer at The Bluegill but the walk uphill to get home was strenuous. Thankfully a Good Samaritan in a golf cart picked us up and carried us home. The bedroom upstairs is an ensuite and the bedroom on the main floor has a bathroom right beside it. Highly recommend! Ashley is a great host.

Great place, great host!

This was a great place to stay for two couples or two families with kids. It was totally furnished, above and beyond! Plenty of room to be together and plenty of room to get away. Furnished with everything you might need and more. The host was super easy to work with, communication great and access to the property very functional. Put this high on your list of places to stay in this area!
