House is beautiful and convenient! The dock was perfect for fishing with my son. Plenty of cooking supplies for eating meals in. Kroger and Publix within 20min to stock up for your trip. We loved every second of it.

Absolutely the getaway we needed!! What a peaceful, beautiful, comfortable property. Stocked with everything you need. Beds were comfy. Owner was very responsive and kind. We will definitely return!!!! The stairs down to the water are quite a commitment but totally worth it.

Beautiful modern and clean interior, cozy cabin. Very well equipped kitchen. Sleeps 8 if you can get by sharing one bathroom. Multiple very nice to use outdoor living spaces. I counted 181 stairs down the side of the bluff to the dock, but there are multiple landings and even a bench half way down to take a breather. The stairs are steep but hand rails sturdy and in good repair. The dock is in a quiet cove with glass water, about 3 minutes by boat to Turkey Creek boat launch (15 minutes driving). The kayaks, lily pad, and jet ski dry dock were added bonuses. Fishing off the dock was not especially prolific but could reasonably be chalked up to my choice in rigging. Our host was so responsive and truly did everything to make sure our stay was excellent. We plan to be back next year!

Perfect Getaway

My husband, 15-year old son and I stayed for a short getaway. The A-frame was just as described and perfect for us. While there were only three of us, there was enough room for 3 more people to sleep as well. Everything we needed was provided, we just had to bring food and our fishing gear. We were able to fish and swim right from the dock and made use of the two kayaks provided. The A-frame is located right on the lake in a very quiet cove. Our host, Dustin, responded to any question we had in a timely manner. We plan to stay here again in the future!

We absolutely loved the house. Had plans to go out to eat a few times while we stayed but just couldn’t make ourselves leave the little cabin. Just what we needed for a restful getaway. Rented a boat and enjoyed the convenience of the doc. We loved just floating by the property once we returned the boat. I would definitely stay again. Beautiful shady yard for my pups, and Dustin was THE BEST host. Cabin’s well stocked and comfy. I left my library book on the porch and Dustin insisted he mail it to me even though I assured him it was ok. 5 stars all the way!

LOVED the A Frame

We had the BEST time at this property. From the moment you arrive, it feels like you’re in a treehouse with beautiful trees outside every window. The interior was perfect - great layout, and the ideal amount of space for my wife, two kids, and my mom. I also appreciated that my mom could stay on the first floor while the rest of our family was up in the second story. The A frame kitchen had everything we needed in terms of pots, pans, an automatic pour-over coffeemaker and a Keurig. The location is amazing. We loved that we were in a quiet cove with just a few other properties barely visible through the trees, and only 15–20 min from grocery stores and blue gill marina. We also loved that it came equipped with kayaks and a paddle boat. We took all of them out on the lake and explored some of the other coves nearby. Communication with Dustin was excellent. Proactive, friendly, and concise. In short, this property met and exceeded an every expectation we had, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the memories it allowed us to make as a family.
