An in-room refrigerator made occasional (electrical? mechanical? not sure) sounds throughout the night that were noticeable but not sleep disruptive. Room prices were good for such accommodation. "Air conditioner filter was moldy, uncomfortable bed, creaky floors, toilet was not clean, human hair on sheets and pillows, road noise was horrendous, had to climb staircase to second floor. you have been warned"

"A very relaxing room and property. Nice and quiet. We were in 502. It's old, but very comfortable. Backs up to the forest. Rather convenient to Sequim a d other places. Air Conditioning is nice, Staff very nice and polite. Room was very clean. I highly recommend this place for those on a budget. We will be here again."

"If you enjoy unique and historic buildings it's a great place. I was pleasantly surprised how well the building was maintained as sometimes places like this just feel run down and not well maintained. I did wish the on-site restaurant was open longer than just a few hours in the evening for dinner."

"Outside area was really dirty and mangy scroungy mats of flower pots were full of weeds Just not maintained. Room was okay bed was really noisy cuz they had some kind of plastic bed cover on the bed I guess The shower was horrible to say the least you couldn't move the shower head and we had hardly any pressure and warm water. The place definitely needs a remodel."

"To me this was a unique building with an interesting history. There is an art gallery inside and works of art throughout the lobby etc. that is definitely worth viewing. My bed was good. Some cobwebs on the pipes near the ceiling. Came with a little spider in the bathtub - was not an issue but for some maybe. Note that there is no a/c in the room that I had. The hotel is right on the ocean so unless there is a major heatwave inland, no a/c would rarely be a problem for most people imo."

"Loved the location and view. Parking was free and is a big plus. The cabin was very clean. Didn’t like the toilet seat that was barely attached. The lovely narrow street in front of the cabin had too many speeding cars."
