Welcome to our completely renovated, first floor 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo, located in the heart of Sabino Canyon! Walking through the front door, you'll find a light, bright and airy space, filled with everything you'll need (and more) for your stay with us!


BEDROOM:
The bedroom features a king bed with a brand new Sealy pillow top mattress, luxurious hotel quality bedding and extra bedding if you wish to use it. There's a 55 inch flat screen tv mounted on the wall facing the bed equipped with 140+ channels, with the option to rent movies at an additional cost. There's a remote control ceiling fan for those warm Arizona nights! All the lighting in the bedroom is dimmable. There's no need to live out of suitcase during your stay, as there's more than enough drawer space to fold your clothes, and hanging space in the walk in closet. Inside the walk in closet, is a queen size air mattress that can accommodate two additional guests.
Oh, and of course there's a full length mirror. Perfect for any selfie takers ; )


BATHROOM:
The bathroom features beautiful white quartz countertops with double sinks, great lighting for makeup application, and soaring ceilings in the bathroom and shower area. Leave your hair dryer at home ; )

KITCHEN:
The kitchen, the heart of the home! The pretty white quartz countertops continue into the kitchen area. The cabinets are fully stocked with anything you'll need to cook with/dine in.

LIVING ROOM:
The living area is our favorite space in the condo! The open floor plan is bright and cheerful. You'll see a spacious and super comfortable sectional, and a 55 inch flat screen tv that's mounted on the stone fireplace wall. Open the sliding door and bring the outside in, or enjoy some coffee or wine on the patio!


CLUBHOUSE:
The complex features a big heated pool and hot tubs. There's an exercise room and pool table in the clubhouse.


We fell in love with Tucson and everything this area has to offer. With the dozens of outdoor activities, restaurants and shopping we realized that this area was not only beautiful, but ideal! We really put our heart and soul into this condo and we really are so happy to be able to offer this space to you. When remodeling this condo, it was very important to us to make sure that we created a space that we would want to stay at.
