Located just off of University Blvd, this home offers quick access to the University of Arizona as well as other local favorites such as Time Market, Cafe Maggie, and Main Gate Square.

Parking is available in front of home on the street or on the northside of the home where you will see parking blocks

Living space is comfortable and offers a 55 inch tv
Kitchen has updated appliances with ample seating for 4 people if you are entertaining a guest
Bedroom offers a desk to work onsite if needed

Walkable stop: Euclid & Speedway (SW)-4 min and Sun Link streetcar stop at 4th Ave/6th St -5min

The Sun Link Streetcar operates a 3.9-mile loop connecting the University of Arizona, Downtown, Mercado district, and Fourth Avenue

Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed space with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and a spacious bedroom with plush bedding. Additionally there is rooms for guests with two additional twin beds.

This home has full size laundry facilities as well as an enclosed back patio.

Please not that the North side of the home shares a parking lot with a small private law firm.
