🌵 Desert Environment Notice

The home is located in the beautiful Sonoran Desert where wildlife and insects are part of the natural environment. Guests may occasionally encounter rabbits, quail, lizards, insects, javelinas, and other native desert animals outdoors.



🔥 Propane for Grill Use: We’re happy to provide a propane grill for your stay! Please note: with frequent guest turnovers, we can’t always check the propane tank between visits. If you plan to use the grill, message us at least a day before check‑in so we can ensure a full tank is ready. If you arrive and find the tank low or empty, just reach out via chat—we’ll gladly assist!



🐾 Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted on the property.

Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees, damage charges, and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund, as permitted by the booking platform.



🏊 Pool & Spa Heat Notice

The pool and spa are professionally serviced and maintained on a regular schedule.

Please note:

• Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $50/night.

• Spa heating is available separately for an additional fee of $50/night.

• Guests also have access to the community pool and shared amenities.

• Due to the desert environment, leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural debris may occasionally accumulate between scheduled cleanings.

• Pool Depth: This is a plunge pool with a slight incline, with a maximum depth of approximately 4 feet.



📬 Mail & Package Disclaimer

Direct Delivery Only: Any packages or deliveries should be received directly by guests.

No Mailbox Access: Mailboxes are reserved for the owner's use and are not accessible to guests.

Assistance Option: If on-site coordination or package retrieval assistance is required, additional fees may apply.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property.
