The bathroom is very small. One who would use it cannot move as freely as one should be when in a normal-sized bathroom. It is an old and historic building. It is not suggested for people who do not want to be in confined spaces.(Measurement is around 23 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 69 in tall)..

The University of Arizona is 5 min walk. 4 min or $7 uber ride to downtown. There is also some restaurants, Safeway, and gas stations within walking distance.

This unit does not share an entry or rooms with other units but does share walls. You would also have to pass by other apartments.

Due to the proximity of this apartment to neighboring units, noise can travel between walls. Good news! This is rarely a problem and can be shut out by closing doors and windows or using complimentary earplugs. If you experience a higher than the normal noise level, please contact us 24/7 and we will make sure you get a great night`s sleep.

The Damage Waiver is a small one-time non-refundable fee of $34.95 that helps cover accidental damages during your stay and provides additional peace of mind.

EARLY CHECK-IN:

NO SMOKING OR NO VAPING:
- $200/day smoking fine for odor remediation

NO LOUD NOISE PAST 10 PM:
- $100 fee for failure to tone down noise after a neighbor`s complaint and/or not following the request to vacate premises

NO FOOD & DRINKS IN BEDROOM/S
- $25.00 fee for failure to comply

LOST PARKING PERMIT:
- $20 fine/day for the temporary pass + $350 for the replacement

PET RULES:
- CONTACT US with a dog description prior to booking
- Please let us know if your sweet pet needs a crate, doggie toys, bowls, scooper, or anything during your stay so we can prepare it for you
- You must accept the request for a $45 pet cleaning fee for stays 3 nights and less
- 3+ nights the pet fee = $12/night
- Limited to 1 dog; 40 lbs max
- Pet to be up-to-date on vaccinations
- Pick up after them
- Must be house-trained/potty-trained
- Dogs are NOT allowed on FURNITURE
- No fenced yard for dog/s. Must be leashed on the property at all times
- Your dog/s must be with you at all times. Leaving your dog/s unattended (meaning not crated or kenneled) will result in vacating the premises
- You assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by your dog/s and agree to pay an additional amount shall this occur
- If excessive dog/s noise (barking) is disturbing to the neighbors, you must quiet the situation

**Failure to follow pet rules may result in a $200 fine and vacating premises**
