Welcome to this 1500 sqft townhome in Casa Paloma 1. Located in Green Valley, Arizona, for active adults and retirees ages 55 and better. Don't be cramped in a room. This home has 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 carport spaces, a covered gated front patio, an enclosed back patio an office space and a gated backyard. You will enter through the spacious covered patio where you can enjoy your morning and evening beverage with beautiful views of the mountain. The bedrooms are to your left. The Guest bedroom accommodates a queen bed set, a TV and the views of the mountains. The guest bathroom is a tub and shower combo. The Master has a King bed set, a his and her closet, a TV, a full length mirror, and a walk in shower in the bathroom. The great room is a large light and bright open space with reclining sofa and chair, a 55" smart TV for a quiet movie night. Meal prepping is a breeze in the functional galley kitchen. The dining set seats six comfortably. There's an extra space for multi purpose use of an office or craft or exercise room. Access to Green Valley Rec satellite center that has 32×70 foot sparkling swimming pool with an adjacent spa, shuffleboard courts with shaded seating, horseshoes, and a multipurpose room with a kitchenette. It is walking distance. Green Valley AZ is just 25 miles south of Tucson. It offers the best of both worlds: quiet residential streets in a stunning desert setting coupled with easy access to a vibrant, bustling city. This is the space you need to enjoy your vacation. Come home & relax here after enjoying outdoor activities that Arizona offers.

Wonderful location, clean and comfortable interior except for mattresses & pillows; both were too hard for our liking, but that is a personal preference and not a diss on the rental! Just an fyi for future renters to bring your own pillows and maybe invest in a mattress topper for long-term renting. Everything that we needed was stocked; great appliances and such amazing instructions for checking in!Great view from the front lanai; didn’t use the back lanai due to wanting to be at the view. Loved this rental!

House is definitely dated. The listing pics are accurate and representative, though. It's definitely someone's grandmother's home...someone who lived there a LOT of years, and was a smoker. The home is "non-smoking" but it definitely HAS been smoked in...very likely in the distant past, but you just cant get that smell out of walls and fabrics, unfortunately. The host was very responsive, which I appreciated...and even offered to refund our money once I realized my allergies were triggered. We ended up staying b/c there weren't any acceptable options. The home is clean and very well kept.

Just like home

The place was clean and comfortable. It was stocked with many extras. My husband loved the view of the mountains from our porch. Loved the heated pool and the easy walk to it. We used the walking path behind Casa Paloma every day. An added bonus was the 15 minute walk to Queen of the valley Catholic Church. My husband tells everyone that we stayed in a 5 star place.

We had a wonderful time in Green Valley. Cheryl was very responsive and made the reservation process easy. The place was great! Very clean and comfotable We made trips to Tucson and Tubac. We will be back.

Such a great place!

This was perfect for our stay. Loved the extra Arizona room for my office. The house was spacious and cute. My favorite was the oversized chair on the patio where I spent a lot of time reading. Conveniently located close to the pool too! The owner was super helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. The bed was comfy (and big lol). All in all a great place and we would love to stay again!

Great Getaway

Quiet, with excellent traffic control. Nearly all residents seem to be mid-to-late age, making the vibe calm. All cleanliness of the location met with a good to excellent standard. Easy access and good wifi.

Home Away From Home

I LOVED this place. The minute I stepped in it felt like home. I wanted to move in. I was so clean and spacious. I recommend staying her to everyone. Alas, that probably means I'll have a hard time renting it again, but the truth must be told! Also the owner is so nice and considerate. I hope to stay there again next year. And the year after that.

Casa Paloma Getaway

Everything in this property was as advertised. Clean, neat a great location and a fantastic view of the Santa Rita mountains which was great for morning coffee and an afternoon wine. Host was quick to respond to any questions that we had. We would rent this place again if available when we come back to this beautiful area of Arizona.

Home away from home
