Fair and reasonable. Lovely area.

Overall we liked the property. Very clean and great location. Bathroom tub was difficult to enter for older adults. Plenty of linens and towels. View of the mountains was limited but overall a nice place to stay.

Great Location

Property was well stocked and organized. Very nicely located with walking distance to multiple services and restaurants. Owner responded quickly to minor repairs needed for washer and dryer. Would defiantly stay again. Tom

Tucson Vacation

Convenient location. We did notice in the bathroom, the left side of the glass shelf was loose. Also, the shower pressure was too soft when we turned the handle towards the hot side.

Very nice apartment in a great location

This is a well-equipped single bedroom-single bath apartment conveniently located in the Catalina Foothills with shopping on three of the four corners of the main intersection. The pots and pans were sufficient for us to prepare meals for six (with a bit of planning) and we were able to seat everyone. The bed was comfortable as was the living room furniture.

Great Catalina hills location

This was a perfect spot for us and our extended stay. Very convenient to grocery store and several great restaurants. Had everything we needed.

Large 1 bed 1 bath. Comfortable. Safeway grocery store conveniently located across the street. Partial view of the Catalina Mtns from the deck. Unit was adequately stocked for an extended stay. Covered parking space near the unit. Queen bed was comfortable.

Great place for kids and pups

We stayed here while we wait for our house to close. Neighbors are friendly. Lots of places to walk the dogs. Condo had everything you needed. Thank you.

Dog Friendly Condo Complex in The Hills

We were there for four weeks and it satisfied our needs. Sadly many occupants do not clean up after their pets even with two bag stations on either side of the complex. We changed the battery in the ceiling fan remote because it was dead and the fridge water filter because the water tasted bad. We did this at our own expense since we were staying for a month. We messaged our host about what we had done with no response. Be aware that the next door neighbor allows his dog to bolt out the door and down the stairs with no leash and then proceeds to scream at the dog while it barks at everyone and everything in sight. This happened daily.

Great area in Tucson

The condo was clean and nicely furnished with covered parking and a secured pool area. Check in was easy. Located in a great neighborhood with plenty of shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Got what we paid for for.

The condo unit did meet our basic needs; a place to sleep so we could enjoy the outdoors and all the sites and dining venues in greater Tucson. The complex is well maintained and pool area was nice, though not heated. The unit has a well equipped kitchen and good appliances. The bathroom needs a major update, and the furnishings likewise.

Best stay ever!

Everything I hoped for and more in this condo close to everything in the best neighborhood in Tucson! It’s 10 minutes from Tucson mall and 5 minutes to Sabino Canyon! Some surprises I wasn’t expecting included a one pot pressure cooker and a Ninja blender. The condo is bigger than I expected, as well! I already booked my next stay at this property, and look forward to my next stay in beautiful Tucson!

One of the nicest kitchens we have had. Location was perfect for our needs. Only down side, could use brighter light over the diningroom table. WiFi was good. Plenty of room for two people with a wonderful walk-in closet.

Amazing property and host

Condo was in excellent condition and perfect for our short-term needs. Every need we had was met, especially in regard to kitchen wares. A previous review complained about "mismatched/yard sale" furnishings, chipped plates, etc., but that is no longer the case at all. Comfortable couches, chairs, and bed. The only thing "missing" was a computer desk and access to a desktop, but there is a computer chair and a kitchen table that met our needs just fine, as I work from home. Host was extremely responsive to our needs and respected our privacy. Neighbors were friendly (several residents immediately greeted us and we felt very welcomed throughout our stay) and neighborhood is in an amazing part of town close to everything you need. Plus, there is a carport right outside the condo, which is very much a necessity but also a luxury, as we've found not all properties provide this amenity. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Great location and nice pool area

This was our first visit to Tucson. The location was very convenient. Everything from restaurants and coffee shops to Safeway was a short walk away. The pool area was nice and the swimming pool was heated which was a pleasant surprise. The condo unit was very dark inside and it seemed like it was outfitted from yard sales as bedding, towels and dishes were all mismatched and chipped. Also you only get about 7 channels on the tv and it wasn’t set up with HDMI so we couldn’t even set up Netflix which was disappointing. We still felt it was good value for what we paid.

Great Location

Thus is a safe area with many conveniences! The condo was good and the owner was helpful. I'd maybe change the location of the pull out couch for easier use and better access to the bathroom and other bedroom otherwise everything was great! :)
