• Treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely, comfortable space to be enjoyed by you and all future guests.
• We are a smoke/vape free property. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.
• In case of any accidental damage, please report it to us as soon as possible. We’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
• Many residents live in the community full time; we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Quiet hours are 10:00pm - 8:00am.
• Small gatherings are allowed, but no large groups or parties.
• Adhere to all community rules regarding pool usage.
• Park only in the assigned covered parking spot #149. If additional parking is needed, you may park in any uncovered parking spot.
• Max overnight capacity is 3 adults, 4 total people.
