Quiet neighborhood with great views and easy access to freeway

Cozy modern house with all the comforts of home. Access to the patio from the master bedroom, with full kitchen and living room, with private entrance. Laundry facilities are also included and the view is great from the back patio. Driveway parking is provided and this is a very safe and quiet neighborhood. There are no shared living areas .
The bathroom has a double sink and a large shower, but there is no bathtub.

Clean and Quiet

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to Interstate and many restaraunts and golf courses. Would stay here again.

Wonderful 3 night stay

Our eldest grandson's wedding and family celebration. Our host provided all our needs in his gracious home. Very close to restaurants and especially to the wedding site at the Gallery. Beautiful view out the natural light window and excellent accommodations. The "Hot Tub" was a big plus for me, surrounded by beautiful flowering cacti. Great location. Joseph & Melita Cervantes,

Marana rental

1 bedroom, 1 bath, small living wth gas fireplace, laundry room, back patio with view of Tucson. Be aware that this is a residential home which has been converted to 2 separate rental units. It was hard to ignore the conversations from the other side. Back patio is shared. Very clean, adequately furnished. Some kitchen appliances and utensils. Good location for hiking and exploring north Tucson area. Easy to find off interstate 10. Very few other rentals in this area. Lots of restaurants and a mall near by.

The pictures do not tell the whole story.

The house is a one family house, divided into a two family house. The negative is you can hear the people next door conversations and smell all the food they are cooking. The pictures of the house show the TV in the living room. It is in the bedroom with two small chairs to sit in to watch TV. You can sit in the living room, but is sounds like you neighbors are in the same room with you. The house was very clean. The kitchen has limited dishes. The house also had many personal pictures and items in the bedroom. You have a beautiful view out the slider in the bedroom. But your neighbor could walk by. The bathroom is very nice with plenty of towels and supplies. The owner does respond to e-mails.

Clean, nice, new neighborhood

Phil is a great host and the accommodations were perfect for us. Quiet, clean neighborhood. The view on the back deck is fantastic. We will definitely rent again in the future.
