Canyon View is unique in the fact that it is close to everything while being nestled into a quiet community with private access to Ventana Canyon trailhead & 5 minutes to Sabino Canyon National Park, which provides countless trails and other activities. This particular unit is special, everything is updated and fully equipped, including a private balcony embracing the captivating views of the Catalina Mountains. Whatever the reason for your stay, from a stay-cation, golf trip, or to just get out of the cold, this unit will more than suffice. Within the property, you will have access to multiple heated pools, spas, an exercise facility, jogging paths, tennis, BBQ areas, and a recreation center. Comfortable condo

Condo was comfortable with well stocked kitchen. Bed in main bedroom not as comfortable as murphy bed. Intermittent noise from tenant above.

Great Visit to Tucson

I really enjoyed my stay in Adam's place. It was as shown in the listing, plus I appreciated items like coffee, tea, and spices that were there. The location was ideal with a great view and close to hiking, grocery stores, and restaurants. Adam was easy to communicate with, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Excellent stay.

Very clean well appointed condo in good location. Adam was very responsive to us when we contacted him. Alway answering by text immediately. There were a couple minor problems with the condo which he promptly had corrected.

Tucson Mountain Getaway

Very comfortable condo. Located in the beautiful Catalina Mountains. Very close to Ventana Canyon golf courses. We enjoyed our stay over Christmas very much. Lots of great restaurants close by. Would definitely stay there again.

Close to Ventana Canyon Resort

Needed to reach out for check in procedures but those were delivered, a nice stay, good location, nice decorated and furnished, place did have some noises from above unit (shower, movement).

Horrible!

I booked rental of this property a month before arrival and was promptly charged. When I arrived in Tucson, however, the host ghosted me. He didn’t respond to numerous messages asking about keys and check in. The phone number was disconnected. And VRBO couldn’t find him either. My family and I wasted half a day around thanksgiving dealing with this mess. Then we had to rent a second hotel room because VRBO only agreed to pay for one room for three of us (adults). Unacceptable. I wish I could give zero stars to the host Adam Abboud but one is as low as this platform will go

property ok had some plumbing problems ..tried to reach out t host to remedy..no reply..also on the eve of our arrival , entry info didnt come until 20 hrs prior to arrival time ..was about to cancel my flights after e-mailing and calling the host over a 3 day period with no response.. terrible ..phone out uf service..no e-mail response...

Beautiful place in the foothills. Place was clean and in great location. Owner was great to work with. Had a slight issue with A/C but owner was very prompt and on top of it. Would stay here again if ever back in Tuscon.

Wonderful

The condo has everything you would want for a stay….and more! The locaton is excellent in the Catalina Hills near very fine restaurants , grocery stores, drug store er al? Very quiet and peaceful resort community. Highly Recommended! Our six week stay was wonderful!

Very nice and clean property.

Great property. A couple of suggestions: 1. Would be good to have an information notebook in the property with a map of the development, WiFi password, rules, emergency contacts, locations of nearby businesses (eg grocery), etc. 2. Would have liked to have had access codes at, or prior to, check in and proactively sent to me rather than having to reach out to get them.

A great stay in Tucson

This was a well-appointed VRBO---very clean, tasteful decor, extra supplies (Keurig coffee pods, etc..) we didn't expect. We loved our short few days in this VRBO. Especially enjoyed morning coffee time on the patio with the extra touch of a beautiful pot of planted flowers. We also enjoyed walking on the property in the cool mornings and looking at the beautiful desert scenes and Catalina mountains. Will definitely return to this VRBO in the future!

Catalina Foothills Paradise

We loved this property!! Beautiful location that was very quiet with a great view of the mountains. Especially loved the balcony sitting area. Lots of thoughtful attention to detail inside, and well-stocked with everything you might need, which we especially appreciated while cooking for Thanksgiving. Thank you!

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We were pleasantly surprised to find amenities like coffee, laundry detergent, shampoo, etc. Beautiful setting and pretty close to lots of things to do. Would definitely recommend!
