Gorgeous Home In Gated Community For You

Stunning single-story split bedroom home in gated community waiting for you to enjoy your staycation. It features a huge chef layout kitchen open to a spacious gathering area with comfy huge faux sectional and large flat screen. There’s a main bedroom with king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom is setup with a twin bed, exercise bike and a small desk. There’s a den with a desk and comfy chair for your time on a tablet or a good book. Enjoy outdoor living by grilling your food on the BBQ or just relax in the professionally landscaped backyard with extended brick pavers, faux grass, natural gas outdoor fire pit, and low care desert vegetation. Location is convenient to the golf courses, Ritz Carlton Resort, hiking trails, I-10, Downtown Tucson, University of Arizona, and Tucson International Airport or Sky Harbor in Phoenix. Approximately 1.5 mile or less to restaurants, Fry’s Supermarket, Walgreens, gas station, banks, urgent care, fitness and more. Access to walking & biking paths, a lovely public park is close by. The whole area is enhanced by the Sonoran Desert and the Catalina Mountains.

February Family Time away from the Snow

This was our second year staying at this gorgeous home in gated community. We’ve had several family members stay with us the past two years. The second bedroom and bath work very well for visitors. The kitchen is well equipped, and I made most of our dinners. We enjoyed star filled nights by the fire pit. Great hiking close by. We even enjoyed walk through the neighborhood. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

Gorgeous Home Away from Home in Marana

The property is better than the photos. We had various relatives join us during our stay and they love it too! The location is very quiet. You can walk in the neighborhood or down the road at the edge of the community and be in the middle of the desert! Incredible views of the mountains from the neighborhood. Safeway and Fry Grocery store on Tangerine. Brewery just up the street on Twin Peaks. Tortolita Reserve great hiking.

Tangerine Ridge

Marana has a lot to offer snowbirds. Cycling, pickleball, golfing, photography and senior activities. This property in in the center of it all. Well maintained, furnished and accessorized. We would stay here again! Linda was a gracious host.

Desert Delight

Great place in a perfect location to get out and ride our bikes every day. Lots of space in the home to spread out. Add some ceiling fans and it would be perfect!

Amazing Home

This property was amazing. While the photos are beautiful it can’t capture how really great it is. Lots of space, nice decor, very well equipped kitchen and all you need is your clothes. Beautiful backyard with comfortable outdoor furniture. Really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the evenings every turn was another amazing view and great sunsets. Will for sure stay here again if available. Great value!!!

Family Friendly

We were so lucky to get to stay here with our 18 month twins after our house flooded. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the smart TV allowed us to access Disney + for the kids. This house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay including cozy blankets

Wonderful! Beautiful, new and modern home that is well furnished. Miles of excellent biking trails. Played several nearby golf courses. Dove Mountain GC was outstanding. Quarry Pines GC was excellent and a great deal for the money. Easily one of the best properties we have stayed at in the greater Tucson area.

6 week stay.

We stayed here for all of February and half of March. House was immaculate and basically brand new in a newer subdivision. Furnishings inside and out were beautiful. Location had everything you needed. Food store 5 minutes away. A wonderful park no more than a 5-10 minute walk away. Tortolita and Santa Catalina mountains and all their activites within a 10-15 minute drive. Right next door to Oro Valley and all the shops and restaurants it has to offer. Tucson is within a15-20 minute drive. Owner was very responsive and accommodating to any questions we had. Pictures of the interior doesn't do it justice. It's beautifully decorated, yet very comfortable and secure. Plenty of room inside. We would definitely stay here again.
