Dirt hill and roads for off roading. Large Fenced back yard with small clay fireplace. Quiet for studying or sleeping, lots of room for dogs and children to play, lounge chairs front and back porches. Front porch covered and have big shade tree. Star gaze. Spacious home with an abundance of small kitchen appliances for cooking. massage chair, electric car charger, Cable TV to enjoy, Large sectional couch, xbox for the kids. Puzzles and Games. In room exercise trampoline, Elipical machine, hand weights, guitar to play, large kitchen table, 4th bedroom is office combo with twin mattress on the floor, with two queen air mattresses with bedding that can be set up in the livingroom. Plenty of hot water. Great air conditioning. Corner lot with plenty of street parking. Serene, Big blue sky, Mtn views, stars yet close to all<10min stores galore Safeway, Circle K, Domino’s Pizza, Coyote Springs Sporting Clays, Ryans Airport, and Casino Del Sol. Golf Spa Stage Entertainment Walking Trails off-roading, BRING THE 4-WHEELERS, stargazing. RV parking on driveway. Front/back patios, lounges, Chairs, Bench, Grill, Small Clay Spanish fireplace. Only 15-25 min Major stores & Spectrum Mall, Tucson International Airport, Mineral Rock shows, to Downtown, Convention center. Other Tucson Mtn Park, San Xavier Mission, Desert Diamond Casino, In 25-30 min: Rialto Theatre, Museum of Art, Tumamoc Hill, Historic Fourth Ave, Univ of Arizona, Zoo, Tucson Botanical Gardens, Valley of the Moon There may be a19ft RV in the seperate fenced side yard. This was for a student group trip to compete in college mock trial. It was a good location for us as it allowed students to do work/prepare, study if they needed to, and just bond as a group without being too far away from our destination in the morning. Getting in and out of the building is a little complicated but not too bad.

Good space

Great open floor plan that offers lots of space in a nice neighborhood. Location wasn’t where we thought for our tournament. It’s more on the edge of everything. I wish we were there to explore.

Worst VRBO Experience EVER

BEWARE!! I have stayed in MANY rental properties over the years and have NEVER had an experience like this. Beds were made but sheets not changed (visible hair and dirt), so we were up late doing laundry the first night. Dirty dishes in dishwasher and no dishwasher detergent in house. Dirty coffee pot and filter basket. 3 overflowing trash/recycling cans in backyard and trash on ground. No TP, paper towels, hand soap, tissues - meaning ZERO - we had to go to store before using the bathrooms! The house is a banged up rental furnished with yard sale junk. One queen bed is on two single frames, one of which is broken so the bed slopes downward on one side. Another queen bed has a broken post, so there is a sharp metal corner exposed. A bedroom lamp was broken, a curtain rod and drapes had fallen to the floor. There was no "welcome" letter or other instructions for the house at all, no checkout info, nothing. I was unable to reach the owner about the house conditions, so I called VRBO customer service, who could not reach her either. We left the house in much better condition than we received it. I have attempted to communicate with the owner, and requested a refund of the cleaning fee we paid, the "damage insurance" she required, and the first night of our four night stay since we spent it cleaning and stocking the house with basic necessities. Instead of being concerned or apologetic, she is accusing me of staging a scam by stealing supplies from her house!! Truly unbelievable.

BEWARE - POOR COMMUNICATION & UNCLEAN!!!

After a full day of travel, we walked into a filthy house. The owner was contacted immediately. She sent the neighbor over to clean the home. We had to displace ourselves for over six hours so the home could be cleaned: bedding, baths, kitchen. Our 3pm check-in turned into a 9pm check-in, and we ended up drying the last set of bedding ourselves. There was no coffee and water as promised. After initial contact that evening, the owner has only sent one message stating she would send $125 refund ONLY IF we gave her a good rating. We expressed feeling like a full day refund seemed more appropriate since we couldn't utilize the home the first day. It has been over fifteen days since initial contact with multiple messages and phone calls having been made trying to obtain a fair resolve. No refund has been made, nor do we feel there is any intention to discuss our discourse. Twyla has been an unacceptable host for not answering calls or texts and lying to us stating the reason for the arrival of a filthy home was due to an "emergency" while the housekeeper clearly stated the host "forgot" we were coming. In fact, the housekeeper was most helpful to us during our entire stay, answering questions that the host should have been available to answer. Was it too much to expect an honest, available host for a full seven day stay paid in full in advance? I think not! OVERALL: We do NOT recommend this host home. There are plenty of others in the area to explore.

Perfect for large groups.

The location accommodated our weekend. Was close to the casino without being right in the middle of everything. Easy to access the home. Corner lot with plenty of parking. Handled our group of 6 easily. Living area was large and spacious. Massage chair is cool but not comfortable to just sit in.

Nice place for family get together.

The property was just as it showed in the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed, the location for us was perfect as we had family and friends within 10 minutes. Host was quick to respond to our needs. Would definitely stay there on a return trip.

Amazing House

Large inside and comfortable

My husband and I were the only two who stayed in this large and comfortable home. There was plenty of room and it was difficult at times to remember which way to go inside the house! My husband, especially, liked the big white towels after he showered! We also liked the location as it was less than 2 miles from where my brother lives. The communication with Twyla Renee was great!
