Other Things to Note:

🦎 Wildlife Advisory

Please note that the property is located in the desert and near the mountains, where encounters with local wildlife (such as insects, lizards, snakes, or small animals) are a normal part of the environment.



For your safety, we ask that you keep a respectful distance from any wildlife you may see on or around the property. In most cases, they pass through on their own without issue. If you ever feel that wildlife poses an immediate threat for example, if it is in high-traffic areas like near the pool, patio, or entryways; please contact us right away so we can assist.



🐶 Pet Policy

Limit: 2 dogs, up to 100 lbs each

Please clean up after your pets

Fees: $50 for stays up to 5 days; $10/day for longer stays

Unfortunately, cats are not allowed due to housekeeping allergies



📬 Mail & Package Disclaimer:

For your convenience, please note the following guidelines regarding mail and deliveries during your stay:

Direct Delivery Only: Any mail, packages, or deliveries should be received by guests in person or delivered directly to the property doorstep.

No Mailbox Access: We do not have access to the mailboxes, as they are reserved for owner use only.

Assistance Option: If on‑site coordination or retrieval assistance is needed from our ground team, additional charges may apply.



🚭 Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited inside the home.

Outdoor smoking is permitted 20 feet from the house or in our Arizona-Room



☀️ Climate Advisory

Arizona’s summer heat can be intense. While our air conditioning ensures comfort, it may take time to cool during extreme temperatures. Please plan accordingly and conserve energy.



💦 Swim Spa / Maintenance

$20/night (heated or not). Cleaned and maintained by a trusted third-party service provider for your safety and comfort.

Please reach out a day before your arrival so we can provide instructions.



The swim spa is treated with bromine (not chlorine) to maintain water quality. Please do not add any chemicals, including chlorine tablets or shock treatments, during your stay. The spa is professionally serviced on a regular weekly basis to ensure it remains clean and safe for use. If you notice anything unusual, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll take care of it promptly.



🚫 Garage

Please note that the garage is off limits to guests. It is reserved for use by the homeowner and our maintenance team for storage and upkeep purposes. We kindly ask that you refrain from accessing or storing any items in the garage during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!



Please note that the swim spa is not heated by default. There is a $20 per day charge for its use. To ensure the swim spa is available during your stay, please reach out to us prior to check-in to confirm your interest.
