    No views of carports, cars or other buildings from the screened-in patio, just the mountains and hiking trail!

    New flooring, brand new a/c for your comfort, two brand new 50-in wall-mounted smart TVs in living room and master. Super fast 500Mbps wifi & cable, all utilities included. Full kitchen and laundry machines in the unit, all appliances are new. Smoke-free & pet-free and on the ground floor for easy access. Amazing amenities including 2 heated pools, 2 spas, tennis & pickleball courts, clubhouses with gas grills and kitchens, gym and private residents entrance to Ventana Canyon Trailhead which is literally steps from the unit. Sabino Canyon and Esperero Canyon a very short drive. Less than 1/2-mile walk/drive to world-famous Loew's Ventana Canyon Resort and its two world-class Fazio-designed golf courses and resort dining. Grocery, shops and great restaurants a 5-minute drive away.

First trip to Tucson

We enjoyed the location and felt very safe and comfortable in this condo. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to find. We had everything we needed and the host is responsive and helpful. Great access to area hiking, and the back patio provided a beautiful and relaxing view of mountains, saguaro, desert flora, and birds.

Beautiful property

Do yourself a favor and stay here! The condo has everything you will need for a great stay and the proximity to great hiking can’t be beat. Our kids (9 and 10) also loved the pool. Communication with Lore was excellent throughout the trip.

Great condo

We had a great time in Tucson. The condo was perfect for us. Nice screened porch for breakfast looking out at the birds and walking trail. We used the pool and exercise room. The location was convenient to all the spots we wanted to see. We’ll be back.

Lovely Place to Stay

This was a lovely place to stay while visiting Tucson. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The condo was clean and well-provisioned. We loved being close to the walking trail near Ventana Canyon. There was just a momentary glitch with getting into the unit via that lock, but the owner remedied that quickly. We will certainly stay here again when we return to visit relatives.

A lovely place for escaping winter

We had 2 couples and thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks here. The gate to the hiking trail is right behind the condo and the pool is a short walk from the front door. The condo has a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The neighborhood is quiet. The host is great at responding to all questions.

Great Condo in the Foothills

We enjoyed our week in Tucson with this great condo as base camp. Everything about the unit was convenient, clean, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the trail and the screened-in porch. Good proximity to restaurants and grocery. Lore was a great host who made sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful and quiet

Nice to have the screened in porch. So fast to drive across town east to west on the high roads. and to take Tanque Verde to the east is also a beautiful drive with little traffic or traffic lights.

Highly Recommended

My husband and I stayed in the condo for the month of February. We felt very much at home. The location is perfect with easy access to a great trail. Close proximity to stores, restaurants and other hiking trails. The subdivision the condo is located in is nice as well with a good amount of long term renters. Owner was very responsive and accommodating.

Hiker Heaven and great UA parents stay

The condo is very comfy and well stocked. Great location for all you might do in Tuscon—visiting Sabino Canyon and Botanical Gardens as well as campus activities at UA. Plenty of opportunity for a daily hike right outside the door or just watch the hikers go by and enjoy the wildlife from a protected patio. Our dog loved the many birds feeding near the patio. Peaceful and relaxing.
