Really had a great time at the house. Well stocked kitchen allowed us to have a swim and cook a nice meal in without having to run to the store 5x. Mattresses were memory foam and really comfortable. Everyone slept great.

We had a wonderful time, house was spotless and comfortable. Cooked meals together and enjoyed the countless games. My son was overjoyed when he found a board game called Trains. Pool was clean and even though it was unheated we went in!

This VRBO was wonderful across the board. Roomy, clean, and comfortable, inside and out. Our host Shannon was communicative and responsive. The location is quiet and conveniently located for all kinds of outdoor fun. We would enthusiastically recommend this VRBO to anyone planning a visit to the Tucson area!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely property for about 2 weeks in November. The house is exactly how it's pictured. . .maybe even a little better than pictured! We had been on the road for 8 days by the time we got to the house, but within an hour we were relaxed. Some highlights: - the backyard. It's beautiful and peaceful. It was too cold to use the pool, but warm enough to sit next to it and read and enjoy the peace and quiet. - the house. Spacious, so clean, comfortable. We both loved how clearly marked everything was. - the neighborhood. Quite & convenient. A quick walk will take you to a great, paved walking/biking trail, which I used almost everyday. - the owners. I really try to never have to contact owners, but I did have to this time for very minor reasons. They were quick to respond and very friendly. We have family in Tucson, so we will definitely be renting this home again.

This is a well kept property in an established neighborhood. Clean and well organized. No hassles or surprises. We had 4 kids (5-11yrs) and 4 adults. The pool and backyard were large and gave the kids plenty of room to expend their energy. We had good communication from the owners and felt that we received very good value for the price. Very easy check in and out. Great communication with owner. They were very helpful. I will never stay anywhere else! Very cute up to date home with plenty of space. Bed was very comfortable. Good sized kitchen with all the amenities. Huge backyard with a pool, hot tub, firepit, foosball table and outdoor TV. I read all of the details about the house and knew if I wanted to heat the pool or hot tub I could but I chose not to. Definitely should hear it during not so warm months. Going in June when it is 100 degrees during the day the water does feel nice in the lower 80s but during cooler months it should be heated. Very safe and quiet neighborhood close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Loved sitting outside listening to the birds. Minimal traffic sounds which was nice since I'm used to that at home! In town to visit family and this house was perfect for that.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. The house itself, is quite clean and comfortable, plus the backyard and pool area was lovely. We also appreciated the quiet neighborhood. We knew the pool was not heated, which was fine, since it was quite hot in Tucson when we visited. The pool would feel quite chilly in cooler weather, for sure. Guests should also be aware that there is an extra cost to use the hot tub. We did not notice that information, which was noted in the amenities section in the listing. It was certainly not a deal breaker, but should be taken into consideration. Again, we thoroughly enjoyed this property, and the communication with the owners was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay at the Casa Verde. Everything was perfect. For us, it was all about "location, location, location." A perfect launching pad as cyclists. And our dog enjoyed herself too! A great backyard!

This was the perfect place for my family of 8. Everyone loved the house. The kids had fun staying in one room with the bunk beds. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The host was ultra responsive. I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend this lovely home, away from home.

My husband & I stayed at this gem of a house with an amazing yard for 10 days & we had an wonderful time! The place is so cute, comfortable, & very clean. We had plenty of room to spread out & we enjoyed every room. The yard is huge…with plenty of room to sit in various areas based on where the sun & shade was. The pool is amazing…since the air temps were low…we unfortunately didn’t swim, but enjoyed the lights particularly at night. The stars/moon are glorious on the clear nights. We have a dog & I walked him a few times a day in the neighborhood with no problems. The location is close to stores & good restaurants. We also easily drove to a few botanical gardens & a fantastic dog park. My only regret, was I didn’t bring my bike, because bike trails were everywhere! Next time!

We had a comfortable stay in Tucson in the Casa Verde. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable mattress in the primary, close to grocery store, Walmart and restaurants. We had our dog along and it was close proximity to a nice walking path for our daily exercise. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in Tucson.

Form the initial reservation through our stay, Shannon was responsive and easy to work with. We found the home to be clean, nicely appointed, and comfortable, with easy access to grocery shopping. We enjoyed the pool and patio areas as well as the corn hole game. While the property is a bit longer of a drive to the UA campus and airport than hotels we've stayed at in Tucson over the past seven years of having two of our children attend and graduate from the university, it met our needs this past week and we'd definitely consider renting the home again for longer stays such as this. When the air conditioning stopped working, it was Shannon who reached out to us ti inquire and stayed with it, checking in, and getting a repairman out by the following morning. We would definitely recommend this property and host!

We spent 5 days here, and it was wonderful! We were super close to Saguaro, but also only a 10 minute drive from a Walmart. The house was well maintained and truly looks just like the photos, and the pool was larger than anticipated! Owners were friendly and responded quick to our questions. Would definitely recommend.

This home was perfect for our trip. The neighborhood was quiet and a great location. It was easy getting to the dessert, downtown, and the Air Museums. Great restaurants and grocery stores were nearby. The backyard was very generous in size and the pool ,although not heated, worked for us just fine. The place was well stocked with all the supplies we required. The entire home was squeaky clean and in great working order. The best part was our host, Shannon. She was the best at meeting our needs with clear instructions and guidelines for our stay and responded quickly to all our questions. We will be back!
