Quiet neighborhood with 2 car garage and community pool. 2 smart TVs, DirecTV, WiFi. Newly furnished. Close to Tucson mall, Foothills mall, dining, hiking, biking and the freeway. Home is newly furnished from the towels to the mattresses. Beautiful art on all the walls. Walk to the grocery store, dining and shopping.

Great time

Easy check in and had a wonderful stay, really enjoyed the house it made our trip so much more comfortable and saved us $$ on a dog sitter having the yard. Would rent here again!

Great Place

Our family was in town to celebrate graduation at The University of Arizona. The house was ideal for the family. Clean, comfortable and roomie. The attention to detail before we arrived made our stay that much more comfortable. Easy drive to campus, grocery store and coffee shops close by. Highly recommend staying here. Our number one choice to stay while in Tucson!

Great house

Great space and home is exactly as it appears in pictures. Very comfortable new mattresses and quiet neighborhood made for a restful vacation. Disappointed that the neighborhood pool was not heated and very dirty.

All inclusive! Everything you need for a great vacation

Great vacation rental. The host provides all the essentials plus more including satellite TV for both TVs! Everything is comfortable and clean. In addition, the host is very accommodating and has great communication. Cannot ask for more. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Christmas holidays

Totally enjoyed our stay, Jason made himself very available, although the house was equipped with everything that we needed, and we found it very easy to get in, and check out. I would recommend this home to anyone who likes to cook their own breakfasts, and the ocassional dinner. Spices, pots and pans nice range, microwave and refrigerator. Since we were there in December the backyard was very nice to relax and enjoy Tucson s incredible weather. The media center had every channel imaginable, and streaming was excellent. I am sure anyone who stays there will appreciate the relaxed neighborhood atmosphere much more than any motel/hotel. Thank you very much Jason.

How can I say anything but perfect...

This house was perfect. We were in town for the Sporting Chance Basketball tournament and there was eight of us. The house was not only perfect and well stocked it was a three minute drive from the center. This was so important as it allowed us to drive back and forth and relax and eat between games. Jason was available at the drop of a hat and was supper accommodating and the house was fully equipped to accommodate our family. I will definitely book again if anything brings us to Tucson AZ.

Wonderful!

I really appreciated all the thoughtful extras that were provided by the host at this lovely home. For a summer trip to Tucson to visit my parents, it was wonderful to open the door to the air-conditioner running right as we arrived. The home is fully stocked and very comfortable, with many extras to enjoy for your stay. I will stay here again and have dubbed it 'Casa-Chagall' for the beautiful Chagall painting in the dining area. Thank you Jason!

Girlfriend time in Tucson

When looking for a place for a few nights in Tucson it was great to find a 3 bedroom place for us three ladies. We each had our own bedroom and there were two bathrooms so space was not an issue. Jason was very responsive to any questions we had and had a nice gift basket of southwest goodies for us when we arrived. The backyard was very quiet and private so we could spend coffee or cocktail time out there. We noticed a shortage of bedside lamps but am sure Jason was probably working on that issue. Nice furnishings and equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay.
