Available Now! Just On The Market! Newly Renovated!

Beautifully updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. The upstairs lofted bedroom has a queen bed and mounted 40 inch flat screen tv. There is a walk-in closet and a completely renovated master bathroom with walk-in shower. The downstairs bedroom has two xl twin (80 inch) beds with two closets and a desk. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom and has a shower and tub. The downstairs is an open floor plan. The kitchen has a full-size stainless steel fridge with a counter height bar with three bar stools. The living room includes a comfortable couch and chair with a 40 inch flat screen tv and blue-ray dvd player. The complex has a big pool and two Jacuzzi tubs. It's walking distance to Udall park, restaurants, a grocery store, and lots more. It's close to Sabino Canyon, U of A, and a short drive to Mount Lemmon. Pool is closed until April. Please feel free to ask any questions.

Great hosts. Property clean and comfortable. The hot tub needs some work, but that does not fall on the property owner. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this cute little condo. Had everything you needed and a very nice pool and jacuzzi. The property is so charming I really felt safe and enjoyed my time, it ended up just being my daughter and I , I would 100% stay again!

Christmas time in Tucson, Arizona

Very nice condo, clean,quiet,very comfortable beds we liked everything about it and we tried to keep it clean like we found it. Good parking easy in and out and good location.

The location was very convenient. We were disappointed that the pool had closed for the season because that was one of the reasons we chose the property a few months back. I know this is likely beyond the owner’s control but the listing should specify that the pool isn’t open all year. The kitchen is nicely remodeled and has plenty of cookware and utensils. The carpeting, particularly on the stairs, needs a deep cleaning. Alison was helpful and checking in and out was very easy.

Wonderful place to stay in East Tucson. Close to all amenities but quiet and secure. Recent updates to the kitchen were terrific. Loved our stay, would book again…Three Golfing Ladies

Loved this condo. Great linens to include very nice towels, super clean, lots of nice lil touches like dish soap, laundry soap, shower gel, shampoo, a pitcher to filter water(Brita), coffee filters and even some left over coffee(I left mine behind for next guest as well). Host was super communicative and easy to teach. Great stay and I’ll be back.

The property is clean, quiet, and cozy. It's location is the best in Tucson. Very near stores, restaurants and local attractions. It is very easy to get to the main roads that take you in whatever direction you want to go.

Great place to stay!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay as it was very clean and secured. Beds, couch and chairs were very comfortable. We felt very safe there. Parking was good also. We definitely would go back to this lovely place if we go back to Tucson!!!

Cute place - nice location

My husband, adult son, and I really enjoyed our stay. It was stocked with all the dishes and cookwear you need. Having two bathrooms was great. The pool toys and pool towels were great additions.
