The well appointed Primary Bedroom features a luxurious En Suite, private washer and dryer, 55 In TV, King Bed, 1 pull out sofa bed and access to the expansive balcony that showcases city and Mountain View’s. Private En Suite modern accommodations include dual vanities with lighted LED mirrors, stand alone soaking tub and luxurious walk in shower.

Guest Bedroom #2 features private En-Suite , modern furnishings, 2 Queen beds, 55in TV, walk in closet and balcony access.

Main Living area features open living/dining layout perfect for entertaining. Large picture windows from all areas of the massive living space showcase captivating city line and Catalina Mountain View’s.

The modern kitchen includes top-end appliances, custom cabinets and quartz counters . The kitchen is fully equipped to with all necessary utensils, cookware, spices, oil, coffee, cream, sugar, syrups for coffee and teas.

Inviting elements include indoor and outdoor quiet sitting areas sequestered throughout the property, gas fireplace in the living area and upstairs bedroom. Enjoy 6 Smart TV's including a 65in TV in the living room. The space is wide open with plenty of seating to accommodate up to 20 people.

Backyard:
The backyard features an AMAZING pool and spa both of which can be heated for an additional fee. Enjoy stunning mountain and city views as you relax in the pool or spa, at one of the several seating areas or from the in-ground fire-pit.



Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

1) No Parties. No questions asked!

2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind

3) Home is equipped for 20 people. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night.

4) Must be 25 or older to book the property.

5) No smoking

6) No pets

7) Guests do not have access to garage

8) Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature

9) Exterior cameras are not monitored regularly and are only present for the safety of both our guests and our home. If cameras are tampered with in any way (unplugged, covered or broken) 1st incident guests will be notified, 2nd incident, stay will be cancelled with no questions and no refund granted.

**Pool/Spa Heating Information**:

Pool heating is available for an additional $100 per day to heat to 85 degrees pool and requires a 48 hour notice. Pool heating is only allowed for consecutive days with. There is also a 2 night minimum for pool heating.

Spa heating (when pool is not heated for the stay) is available for $50 per night.

-Our home is equipped with security cameras. There are NO indoor cameras on our property
-There are several cameras around the exterior to include the front yard, door bell, back yard and pool area

Arizona is full of wildlife and bugs. Although we hire monthly pest control service to keep bugs from getting in, we request that doors remain closed.
