"We always stay here when we are flying in and out of Raleigh Durham. It is a perfect place for us to say. It is clean and the staff is always very helpful for any needs we may have."

"Unfortunately the property was running without a manager. When arriving we were given a room key, but there was someone already in that room. Then the next room the one bed was used. The staff did apologize about the inconvenience The shuttle was great and timely for pick up and drop off"

"A comfortable room and bed. Pretty clean but lighting was dim, Happy overall for a short stop. Don’t count on a big breakfast- no hot foods are prepared and served, just packaged sandwiches to heat yourself, cereal, yogurt, muffins, toast, waffle maker, snd and a few oranges."

"I had to change room three times. Stain on carpet, lock wouldn’t work on 1st floor. Manager said she would refund if I booked through them. I called Expedia and they said we will get her to refund. They gave me bogus points to stay another night with their properties. I haven’t seen points and I was very tired and frustrated packing up twice to keep moving. "

"Room was fair - half of tv had gray coloring, lighting in the room was poor, toilet paper was rough, terrible yellow lighting in bathroom that made room very hot, pillows very uncomfortable, could not connect to wifi, parking across the street was INSANELY expensive, no clock in the room, front desk not helpful with food recommnendations, etc. Jimmy V's food was good but they were out of most alcoholic drinks, some food options, ran low on glasses... area did NOT feel safe at night when walking...

"Property was beautiful! The room was really clean and well maintained. Even though staff is not on site the communication was top notch! They responded quickly and made sure we had everything that we needed. This was one of the easiest check in processes I’ve had at a hotel. The only thing I suggest is that you provide a Starbucks coffee machine near the vending and snacks (since I’m a coffee head lol!) I believe that would be a nice touch. I definitely be back to stay!"

"I chose this hotel SPECIFICALLY because it said it had a restaurant- after a long day travelling I certainly didn’t want to have to go out to eat. However the guy on the desk told me that the only food they could serve that evening was ‘fried food’. Yuk. But because if tiredness I decided to just go for it and boy was I disappointed! Chicken nuggets and fries - no wine was to be had because ‘we don’t want to open a bottle just to serve one glass’. Blimey what happened to ‘hospitality’? To cap...

"The room looked decently clean but the smell was terrible. Maybe carpet is too old/ dirty/ wet? I don't know but it was so bad that we had to open the balcony door mostly all the time. The common areas were very clean. Staff was professional. Breakfast options are the same since two years ago (scrambled eggs, pancakes, bread/ bagel slices, sausage, orange juice and coffee, i saw a couple of cereal options.
