"I think Wesson’s are usually higher and. The first room I was given smelled pretty bad. I changed rooms and it was much better. But there were loud, bagging and booming noises all night -I barely slept. Sounded like I was adjacent to some equipment room. The coffee selection was eh and the oat milk was bad. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult."

I was there during an early July heatwave and the AC was not working in the hallways on the upper floors... no big deal because the lobby and room AC was working but should have been addressed. The continental breakfast was meh."

"First, the front desk staff are nice but they did not give me a smoke free room as requested. The smell was so bad I immediately had to take all my belongings to laundry after checking out. Thank goodness I was only there 2 nights and I didn’t bring a lot of clothing. They did not offer to move me to another room after I told them about the smell. A roach crawled out of the drain while I was showering. Only a few channels work on the television. As the saying goes “you get what you pay for” but...

"Large room. Comfortable bed. Light in bathroom not working. Had to speak to staff through glass, sometimes difficult to understand. Sign at front dest showing Wi-Fi password was difficult to read. Hand written. I took photo of it to my room and still had to go back to the desk for assistance."
