"The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful in organising tours and transfers which worked out really well. They were helpful at all times and very responsive and informed. Staying at this hotel was a brilliant start to our stay in Central Asia. The hotel too is very nice and centrally located. Food at the bar was also really nice. "

"Really nice hotel, big rooms, very cheap in the low season so I can’t complain too much. However, there’s a bar next door with loud music during the night. Fortunately I had ear plugs, but I know many people dont like to use them. If you are a light sleeper I’m sure you can let them know before you get there. The staff is very nice and speaks English, specially the girl from the front desk. "

"Comfortable beds on a side street - just off a large street but without any street noise. Friendly staff in mid-afternoon greeted me. Rooms are basic but clean. Had air conditioner in the room - I didn't need it in April but in summer will be essential. "

"Fiyat/kalite olarak uygun bir otel olmakla birlikte 24 saatten daha uzun bir sure yan binalarda elektrik olduğu halde otelde elektrik kesintisi yaşandı. Bu sebeple 2 gun kahvaltıda bir onceki günden kalanlar servis edildi."

"The rooms in this hotel are very nice, modern and extremely clean. All is brand new. Staff is helpful and nice. What i didn't like was the area (rather ugly and i didn't feel very safe there). Also, it was pretty noisy in the rooms as the windows were not soundproof and there is a street on one side and the children's playground on the other side of this hotel. "

"Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). "We stayed there for one night. Clean rooms. Good staff. Good value for money. A basic hotel for short stays. My room did not have a minibar while my colleaugue's room had one. Good four star. Quiet surrounding."

"Очень жаль что выбрали этот отель, не обратив внимание но отзывы людей, что нет горячей воды и что жестский матрас. Горячей воды реально не было, пришлось ругаться на рецепшине, они включили воду но ненадолго. Матрас был такой твердый, тонкий и дешёвый. Это просто ужас я очень плохо спала ночи проведенные в этом отеле, проблемы с тем что бы принять душ. Система кондиционирования не работает. Ковровое покрытие все в пятнах. Я не рекомендую этот отель, худшего отеля я ещё не видела тем более за...

"We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time."

"사실 이 돈이면 좀더 크고 좋은 환경에 호텔을 이용할수 있다 방은 너무 작고 특히 화장실겸 욕실은 너무 작아서 똑바로 자리잡고 씻기에 정말 불편했다 변기가 세면대에 붙어서 비스듬이 서서 씻어야 했다 그리고 조식도 문제다 사과를 언제 깎아 놓았는지 다 검게 바랬고 푸석해서 바스라 졌다 내가 여행을 많이 하지만 정말 해도 너무한 조식이였다 또하나는 여긴 청소는 해주지만 시트는 갈아 주지 않는다 시트에 때같은 것이 있어서 청소를 해달라고 했는데 그대로 똑같은 시트였다. 내생각엔 청소라는 개념이 스레기통 비우고 쓰던 수건 정갈하게 다시 넣는 기분이랄가...한마디로 쓰던거 체크아웃할때까지 계속 쓰는것 같다."
