"Man wird in dem Hotel sehr herzlich empfangen und wechselt immer gerne ein Wort an der Rezeption. Das Familienzimmer ist wie ein 5 Sterne Hotel eingerichtet. Für uns waren diese zwei Zimmer sehr wichtig, da wir als Freundinnen gereist sind. Es wird täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist prima! Wir haben direkt vor dem Hotel geparkt. Man sollte vorher an der Rezeption fragen, wie die Parkregelungen sind, da diese von Monat zu Monat wechseln."

"An amazing stay for an 11 night holiday. Central location with shops, restaurants, supermarkets and beach within walking distance. The host and the cleaner were very friendly, welcoming and very attentive to any questions or needs we had. Overall an excellent location to stay and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Only downside is there’s no lift so it can be difficult to lift a heavy suitcase up and also it is opposite a karaoke bar so the noise can be loud on occasion. But overall...

"Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss.
We will definitely stay here again."

"We had the privilage of staying at this gorgeous little home. The ideal location to explore the gorgeous island of Zakynthos. We did not hire a car, the walk to town and the beach was fine for us. We booked excursions directly from the many vendours in town. A beautfully clean and perfectly equipped property, it suited us, the little pool was a godsend in the upper 30's heat. The owners could not have been more welcoming and kind. It made our first trip to Zakynthos such a happy and memorable...

"The overall stay was enjoyable but the villa was advertised as 'luxury' and we feel this isn't quite the case. The area in which the villa is situated is lovely, secluded and quiet but within the villa its self the kitchen is under equipped with the bare minimum utensils, pots, pans etc. There were no 'pantry' items at all tea, coffee, salt, herbs, etc The patio furniture was very old and cushion covers were ripped. There was definately a problem with ants in the villa especially in the upstairs...

"Lovely property. Great breakfast and dinner options. The pool area was modern and luxurious.
Very friendly family running the hotel. Very safe. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a nice place away from the busy and congested areas. Only 8 minute drive to the nearest beach town."
