"If you’re relying on laundry that it SAYS they have, they don’t have any. They tell you to walk down the street. And they did not care that they say they have laundry facilities on Expedia. Also the elevator was broken when we were there and there was a huge line to go up."

"Went for a club room which was big but didn’t have much personality, and didn’t feel luxury, though nothing wrong with it. Excellent amount of plugs by the bed and elsewhere in the room.
