During the summer months the homeowner's association hosts activities including hiking, horseback riding, golfing, water sports, kayaking, mountain biking. HOA amenities include a full recreation center and workout facility, equestrian center, private beach on Donner Lake, golf, and 2 pool areas. Guest passes included with rental (a nominal fee for rec center / beach use).

- Living Room: Open and bright with leather sofa, seating for 5-6, 32” flat screen TV, DVD player, and gas fireplace
- Dining Room: Seating for up to 8, breakfast bar seating for 4, and upper deck access
- Kitchen: Gourmet kitchen fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances including gas stove and oven, dishwasher, and more
- Bathroom: Half bath with sink and toilet
- Master Bedroom: King size bed that can sleep 2 and private deck
- Master Bathroom: En suite ¾ bath with spacious jacuzzi tub, double-head shower, double sinks, and toilet
- Master Deck: Sunny with wooded view
- Upper Deck: Outdoor dining set that seats 6, and gas grill available for summer guest use

Lower Level
- Family Room: Double pullout couch, gas fireplace
- Bedroom #2: Queen bed that sleeps 2, french double doors
- Bedroom #3: Queen bed that sleeps 2
- Bunk Room: Twin size bunk bed and twin size sleeper sofa, sleeps 3
- Bathroom: Full bath with shower/tub, double sinks, and toilet
- Laundry: Laundry room with washer and dryer available for guest use
- Lower Deck: Access from family room

- Driveway: Can fit up to 4 cars, depending on snow conditions

Your stay includes six guest passes, each allowing access for one guest to enjoy Tahoe Donner's private amenities including pools, hot tubs, fitness center, golf, tennis, beach access at Donner Lake, and more. A daily entry fee applies, and children 2 and under are free. Please note that private amenities are available approximately 332 days per year, with holiday blackout dates in place to prioritize member access. STR guests always have access to public amenities. Amenity Update: Beginning September 2, all pools and hot tubs at Trout Creek Rec Center will close for renovations, reopening mid-December. The sauna, steam room, gym, and fitness classes will remain open. The Northwoods Clubhouse Pool will remain open until October 10.

Please know that reservations cannot be cancelled once initial payment is received.
We do offer optional travel insurance providing cancellation and medical coverage for only 6.95% of the total reservation cost. If an unforeseen event* prevents you from making your trip, you are covered. *Ask for benefit coverage and exclusion details.
