Tahoe Donner Amenity Access (Guest Passes Included)



Your stay includes Tahoe Donner Short-Term Tenant Guest Passes, which allow access for up to 6 guests per day. Each badge admits one person, and daily amenity fees apply. If more than six guests require access on the same day, arrangements must be made in advance.

The home offers driveway parking for multiple vehicles (garage use only if specified), and flat access makes winter arrivals more manageable than in higher-elevation neighborhoods. You’re just minutes from Tahoe Donner Downhill, the Cross Country Center, Donner Lake, and downtown Truckee.



TART Public Transit



While TART does not run inside Tahoe Donner, free regional buses operate throughout Truckee and North Lake Tahoe, with stops in downtown Truckee. It’s a great option for exploring the lakefront, avoiding resort parking, or accessing nearby towns.



Rideshare & Taxi Options

Please note that during heavy snow years, a significant portion of the wrap-around deck may be unusable due to natural roof snow shedding onto the decking areas. This is common for mountain homes and helps protect the structural integrity of the roof during large winter storms. Be prepared to do some shoveling during our winter months in Tahoe!
