Whether you enter via the 2 Car Garage or the Covered Walkway, the Mud Room opens directly into the Downstairs Bonus Room complete with 2 Classic Arcades, a Poker Table, Smart TV & Cable, PS4 w/ 2 Remotes & 2 Disk Games + Grand Turismo, Rocket League, and Fortnite, as well as 2 Couches, a Wet Bar w/ a Mini Fridge, and your Private Hot Tub on the Lower Deck. Having the Highest Regards for Comfort, we placed Fans, New Comforters, & Duvets in All Bedrooms, Smart TV's in 2 (4 Total), and Heavily Stocked the Kitchen to meet our TAP Inventory List to Ensure you have All The Necessities & Some to cook with Friends & Family. The Master Bedroom has it's own Private Deck with Stairs leading to the backyard, and the side yard where you can enjoy our Corn Hole game in Summer. Plus, we not only have Driveway Service in the Winter but also an additional Shoveling Service for your safety. HOA Amenity Entry to Trout Creek and/or Private East End of Donner Lake is $/person/day payable onsite. One payment, and you have access to both All Day.
