Dine together at the adjacent table with seating for up to eight guests, and then settle into the open living area with soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace, a flatscreen TV, and sliding door access out to your furnished balcony. Guests at this condo will also be conveniently close to the NPOA Rec Center with its pool, hot tubs, fitness room, and sports courts (There is a daily $10 per person fee to access the Rec Center).

What's nearby:
This property backs right up to the wooded ski back trail where kids will have a blast sledding in winter. Hop aboard the free shuttle to take you to Northstar Village where you'll find a year-round skating rink, restaurants, shops, entertainment, and of course the gondolas/ski lifts waiting to deliver you to almost 100 ski trails spread across over 3,000 skiable acres. Other opportunities for warm weather fun can be found here including golfing, biking, tennis, and more. Head over to Lake Tahoe for boating, water skiing, sailing, and swimming at Kings Beach, less than eight miles east, check out the quaint town of Truckee, seven miles north, or head across the border into Reno for big city entertainment, less than 40 miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
