Other Things to Note:

Please review these important details for your stay:

* Pet Friendly for a fee

* Ring Door bell located at the front door to monitor arrivals and departures. This also helps prevent bear breakins during our slow shoulder seasons.

* During large storms, be prepared to shovel — sometimes feet of snow. This is part of a Tahoe winter stay. Shovels and ice melt are provided on site. We do not guarantee on-demand snow clearing between HOA visits. Booking in winter means accepting these conditions.

*Homeowners Club Access: Access to the Northstar Homeowners Club amenities (seasonal pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, etc.) requires the provided guest badges and a daily fee of approximately $10-$12 per person. This fee is paid directly to the club upon entry.

We recommend contacting the HOA directly for the most current hours, pricing, and policies.

*Grilling: While there is no private grill at the condo, you can reserve a propane grill at the NPOA for a fee. Please check with the front desk for availability and hours of operation before purchasing food for grilling.

During your stay, our team is available daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM for questions or assistance. The fastest way to reach us is through text or the booking platform, with email reserved for non-urgent needs. We typically respond within 30–60 minutes during availability hours.

We respect your privacy and won’t interrupt your stay unless you request help or we need to pass along important information. Whether you need guidance on the recreation center badges, tips for navigating Northstar, or help with anything in the condo, we’re here to support you throughout your visit.
