Fully equipped kitchen. 9 beds, sleeps up to 17 guests (14 guests + children under 13 years old), making it the perfect home for large multi family groups and retreats.

The shuttle service to and from Northstar's village is incredibly convenient, allowing you to skip the busy parking lots and enjoy the village and mountain with ease. It's a quick call away.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

* Nominal fee to use HOA pools, hot tubs, fitness center (currently $10 per person per day) and some are seasonal. We're here to help if you have questions about there.

* Parking can be tight, with a narrower entry. We can fit 4 vehicles between 2 in garage and 2 in driveway. Typically 2 trucks and 2 mid sized vehicles fit well. Here are the parking space measurements:

1. Left side driveway/deck: 37’ length

2. Right side driveway/deck: 16’ length

3. Left side garage: 19’ length x 6’10” height

4. Right side garage: 16’5” length x 6’10” height

Guest Access:

You will have full and private access to the entire cabin and its surrounding property during your stay. The home features six spacious bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and multiple living areas, including a dedicated game room for your enjoyment. Outside, you are welcome to use the backyard, and patio area, which includes a propane barbecue grill. Guests also have access to community resort amenities, including a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and a game room (for nominal charge). Please note that one owner closet remains locked and is not accessible to guests.

Nestled in the serene and picturesque Martis Valley, our cabin offers a tranquil escape surrounded by towering trees and stunning high-end residences. You will enjoy breathtaking valley views right from the comfort of your home. As our guest, you gain exclusive access to private association amenities, including a refreshing pool, tennis courts, and a game room (for nominal charge). Whether you are looking to explore local hiking trails, enjoy a round of golf, or simply relax in the mountain air, this location provides the perfect home base for your Truckee adventure.



Getting Around:

Getting around is simple during your stay. We offer a convenient shuttle service to and from the Northstar village, allowing you to bypass busy parking areas and reach the mountain with ease. For those arriving by car, our property includes free parking on the premises with space for up to four vehicles in the garage and driveway, though please note that street parking is strictly prohibited. Ask about nearby parking if you have more than 4 or larger vehicles. The Reno Tahoe International Airport is approximately a one hour drive from the cabin, making it an accessible destination for travelers arriving by air.
