Trash
This is Bear country! The HOA requires all trash to be disposed of in the bear-proof dumpsters located at the entrance of the PlaVada community. Homes here do not have individual trash service, so please take your trash with you before checkout.
Winter Conditions:
Roads can be icy — 4WD or AWD vehicles and snow chains are required. The driveway is plowed in the mornings after 6” of snow, though accumulation may occur between visits. Reflective poles mark the edges, and a snow shovel is available by the porch if you need to clear a path.
For added safety, there are four outdoor security cameras covering all four sides of the house. No cameras are inside house or in private areas.
Disclaimers:
• No smoking in this home or on patios. Subject to a $500 fine.
• The grill, firepit, hot tub and outdoor furniture are seasonal and may not be available during the extreme winter months.
• One dog is welcome with a $175 pet fee per stay.
• Please note: Plavada requires proper chains or snow-rated tires during winter conditions. If a vehicle gets stuck and blocks the road because these requirements weren’t met, actual cost of removal will apply.
