Step into the inviting mudroom entry where you'll immediately notice the thoughtful Tahoe-themed décor. A forest-inspired haven, wrapped in rich textures, earthy tones, and touches of mountain magic at every turn.

Head upstairs to the main living area, a bright, open-concept great room with soaring ceilings, oversized windows, and warm mountain vibes. Sink into the cozy couches and enjoy the massive 85” flat-screen TV, play a board game with the crew, or spin a record on the turntable.

A wood-burning stove adds to the cozy ambiance, while the adjacent family-style dining table and central kitchen island make entertaining easy. The kitchen is a chef's dream—fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a double oven, espresso machine, wine fridge, ice maker, toaster oven, and everything you need to cook and serve a feast. Whether it's morning coffee or evening wine, this space is ready for every kind of gathering.

Outside the two-level back deck is perfectly placed among the pine trees. Dine al fresco at the outdoor table, grill on the gas BBQ, or soak in the private hot tub surrounded by forest views. The gated deck is a great hangout spot, and the backyard features a professional horseshoe court and a paved path leading to the lower level—great for kids and outdoor fun.

The main level also features a half bath and a spacious primary suite with a king bed, high ceilings, a working desk with printer, clothing storage, and a private spa-like bathroom with double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a relaxing soaking tub.

Downstairs, the fun continues with a media and game room complete with a foosball table, Wii gaming console, flat-screen TV, sleeper sofa, and direct patio access. This level also includes a laundry room, full bathroom, and two cozy bedrooms: one with a queen bed, 45” TV, and ensuite bath with a bathtub and shower. Younger guests will enjoy the bunk room next door with a full/twin/trundle setup that sleeps four younger guests comfortably.

Included with your vacation rental are six (6) guest cards providing access to the amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Each guest card allows access for one (1) guest over the age of 3. Daily/non-transferable fee for rental guest per person per day. Children under 3 are free.

4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
