After days spent hiking nearby trails or rafting along the Truckee River, unwind on the spacious deck that boasts tree-lined views. Stretch out in the hammock with a vacation read or fire up the gas grill and host a cookout at the outdoor dining table.

In the winter months, after days on the ski slopes, cozy up in the main living area where vaulted ceilings soar and a gas fireplace sits centerstage. Two additional living areas, each equipped with a smart TV and ample seating, offer more space to kick back and relax. One of the living areas includes a wet bar where you can mix beverages and an arcade game for more indoor fun. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, the modern kitchen features everything you need to prepare family-style meals. When it's time to eat, gather at the large dining table.

During your stay, you'll enjoy access to the community's recreation center which is just a short drive from home. Lounge beside the shared outdoor pool or serve up some competition on the community tennis courts.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
