"We have stayed here many times over the years and have always appreciated how well maintained the property is. We stayed for four nights and had a great time enjoying the Tahoe area.
Our only disappointments were that the air conditioning in one of the three bedrooms did not work, and the cable TV was out for our entire stay. While we certainly didn’t come to Tahoe to watch TV, when staying at a quality resort, it’s reasonable to expect that these amenities are functioning. The televisions were...

"WiFi barely worked and would skip out.
Check in process was a pain and made you jump hoops to get the entry code, very impersonal.
I called for help with the process, and no one answered, I left a voicemail and no one even bothered to return my call. Cleaners knocked on my door Sunday morning at 9:15am when my check out was 11:00am which I thought was not necessary being that I paid a premium to stay there and check out is 11:00am."
