The unit is located on an up slope with 40 steps (including 1 flight of steps in the garage) from the garage up to the entry level. Parking for 2 cars in garage and 2 cars in driveway. This is a Pet Friendly unit. You enter the property into a room that has a double/full size bed. Once you are through that room there is a hall that leads to a bathroom with a shower, the master room with a king size bed and stairs. Moving up the stairs you come into the living area and kitchen; to the right is a hall that leads to a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. Off the living area is a good size deck with a filtered view of the lake. New flat screen TV, Blue-ray player has NETFLIX abilities if renters have an established personal account. The third floor is a loft with three twin beds. This is a summer vacation rental only. It is a floating 2 night minimum. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am.
