It's very simple. Entry to the premises is done independently for your utmost comfort using the key box. The procedure will be communicated to you later for a smooth arrival.

💡 Is the Wi-Fi connection private and free?
Yes, subject to the operator's network quality.
The Mon Groom team ensures that they are always available (from 10 am to 6 pm, every day).

In case of an emergency, a team member will come to your accommodation.
Since no member of the Mon Groom team resides on-site, immediate intervention is not possible.
However, as we are committed to providing a high-quality service, we will intervene within reasonable deadlines to ensure that you can fully enjoy your stay.

- The nearest gas station is less than a 5-minute drive from your place.
Troyes is a touristic and university city. You benefit from a significant public transportation network.
The city has:
- 30 regular bus lines.
- Electric shuttle called "Coeur de Troyes" in the city center.
- Bike-sharing service.
- A regional train station (TER) and a bus station.
From your apartment:

Key points to remember:
1. Please respect the premises and the neighborhood. The stay takes place in an accommodation, not a hotel.
2. Upon departure, please leave the place in good condition, just as it was upon arrival: empty the trash into the bins, close the windows, lower the heating, and turn off the lights.
3. In case of any issues, our team will strive to take immediate action, but please note that there is no staff on-site.
4. Cleaning is provided to restore the property, including cleaning of the premises and laundry by professionals. This does not include dishwashing, disposal of different waste, deodorization, etc. Dishes must be clean and put away. An additional fee of €25 will be charged for any extra expenses.
5. Bed sheets and towels are provided: change during the stay is available upon request with an extra fee.
6. Additional cleaning service is available for €50, to be requested before your arrival.
7. You will find some supplies for your arrival. The products for the rest of your stay are your responsibility.
8. Early arrival and late departure are possible with an additional fee, subject to availability.
9. Non-compliance with the house rules (presence of pets, smoking odors regardless of the source, etc.) will result in an additional €50 fee for management costs.
10. Heating and water should be used responsibly and according to the rules established by law. Their usage is intended for the number of guests indicated in the reservation. If we observe excessive consumption, such as an equivalent that doesn't match the number of guests, we will request reimbursement of the incurred expenses.
