"Stayed for an extended weekend for a concert. Great location & easy to get out of the parking lot and turn left or right on to 29 with a red light. Lots of places to eat and shop within minutes. Hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was good, especially the cheese omlet heated up in the microwave I didn't think it was going 2 taste that good at all, but I was delicious! Would definitely stay here again if I come back to the area!"

"It was very busy the night we stayed and I was worried it would be a rowdy stay with all the concert go'ers. Turns out it was perfect for the 1 night we stayed for the Chris Stapelton concert. It meet all our needs. Quiet, comfortable, conveniently close to the venue and the staff were very welcoming. The hotel is a little dated but its clean and comfortable. "I have stayed in several different hotels in the Charlottesville area, on my visits there over the past 3 years. This was my first stay at Clarion Pointe. I was pleasantly impressed with the whole experience. It had everything that other more expensive hotels offer, but the Clarion offered a very attractive price. "As an architect educator it was an experience to stay in a well-designed modern hotel, by I believe an European architect whose name was unfortuntely not known by the staff. The hotel rooms are agin well laid out, spacious with equally well-detailed set of furnishing. I believe that this is one of the best contemporary designed hotels in Virginia. And for price a bargain. I took many photos to share with colleagues however they have not yet been downloaded."
