"Check in and parking was easy. We asked for extra pillows but never got them. The window opened, which is a plus for fresh air (it was in March) and the road noise did quiet down at night. Water took a long time to get hot but it did. Fridge and microwave but no coffee in the room, and no breakfast at all. Thin towels. Bottom sheet did not reach the foot of the King bed. Top cover was nice. Small shower stall with soap and shampoo provided."

"Just as others have said. The staff at this property make the visit. They are wonderful. Now that sounds odd to be saying that there is such importance on how the front desk deals with routine and unforeseen issues, and I wouldn't have thought it would until I stayed here. Simple tasks like dead batteries in the TV remote can be very frustrating at many hotels; even chain ones. And they all loved having my dog stay there! :-)"

We stayed in a King Deluxe room with private bath and corner room views with lots of daylight (and shutters for sleeping-in in the morning). City location is great with lots of restaurants and shopping within a short walk. We would definately stay here again!"
