Charmer on 2nd - Beautiful home 2 blocks from Main

This charming home is just a short walk to everything! It is 2 blocks off of Main Street in the original townsite and on the original brick streets, a stone’s throw from restaurants, shopping, & galleries. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps 6. You will have the entire house to yourself. It is recently renovated and beautifully decorated with everything you need. Well behaved, house trained pets are welcome! The inside of the home is non-smoking but you are welcome to smoke outside.

NOTE: If you'd like an earlier check-in time, please let us know- we will do our best to accommodate!

Great location, close to everything, a quick 2 block walk to Main Street. Beautifully decorated and recently renovated with a fully functional kitchen, dining, cable, wifi, bluetooth speaker and off street parking, adding to a unique experience in our wonderful little town. Live like a local!

The living room opens to the dining room with a large dining table that seats 6 - perfect for your culinary adventures . The adjacent, fully equipped kitchen features an island for plenty of counter space and extra seating. All kitchen essentials are included.

Check out all the great activities that historic Trinidad has to offer! A thriving art scene, two state parks, cycling, hiking, river walk, parks, Trinidad Lake for boating and fishing, the Highway of Legends, a winter wonderland in Cuchara, and a few minutes drive to the New Mexico border.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, off street parking, WiFi, cable, a laundry room- all just two blocks from shopping, restaurants, galleries and more!

Please let us know if you plan to bring your pets- we charge an additional fee of $25 per pet that will be charged after you make your reservation through an additional fee request. Please note- no pets allowed on the furniture and please clean up after them. All pets must be well-behaved and house trained. No excessive barking. 2 dogs maximum- no cats please.

The house is so cute. We didn’t use any of the facilities such as washer or stove. It was used mostly for sleep at night. It’s so nice to have use of an entire house tho rather than a hotel room. We played cards and sat outside on your front porch. One suggestion - a fly swatter. . Thank you very much.

Clean and comfortable home, our family really enjoyed our stay. Next time the only thing, I hope there will be TVs in the bedrooms, a blender and a variety of board games. But other than that, it was all fantastic! Thank you!

Clean and comfortable. Great location! The pillows were very flat and the downstairs mattress wasn’t great. If you stay in the downstairs bedroom, the floor above is a little creaky when people are walking. So make sure if you stay with friends you tell them to walk lightly! ;) Overall it was a great place for one night especially for the price and we would stay here again if passing through.

We had a great getaway weekend in Trinidad. The Charmer is clean and quiet and comfortable. It's right downtown so you can walk to all the restaurants and museums and Safeway for groceries. We enjoyed happy hours at the Smokehouse and the Marketplace Food Court, especially the quesadillas there. Excellent communication with owners.
