Nestled on the serene shores of Cedar Creek Reservoir, these beautiful properties offer a blend of modern comforts, easy access to outdoor adventures and stunning natural beauty. Whether you`re seeking a peaceful retreat or an action-packed reunion, our waterfront homes are the ideal choice.

►Spacious Living Areas: Well-furnished living rooms with large windows framing the canal is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Enjoy movie nights or tell stories by the fireplace. Additionally, each house has a family room with Smart TVs, board games and books for indoor entertainment.

►Comfortable Bedrooms: Each property features 6 bedrooms (12 total), designed to provide a restful night`s sleep. With plush beds and soft linens, everyone will wake up refreshed and ready to take on the day.

►Fully Equipped Kitchens: The modern kitchens come fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for the whole group. Enjoy your culinary creations in the dining areas (each table seats 8 + 4 at the kitchens island) or on the shared outdoor deck.

►Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
HOUSE SPECIFIC RENTAL TERMS & POLICIES:
By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined at the Guest Terms page found by accessing air concierge online and navigating to the Footer where such terms can be found as titled Terms and Conditions Guest Terms - Air Concierge, as well as those denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the booking platform Terms and Conditions, and those listed on the link above or herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
- Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 10am
- Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside the booking platform.
- The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
- Host may request a photocopy of the renter`s ID for verification before check-in.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
- Absolutely no parties or loud music.
- This is a NON-SMOKING property.
- No jumping or diving off of the dock or any area into water
- No fireworks
- Please follow hot tub guidelines posted on the hot tub
- This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don`t like pets, this might not be a good fit!
PET POLICY:
-One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.
-Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.
-Pet fee is required and non refundable
-Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.
-Please do not let your dog go in the pool to avoid additional charges.
-If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation canceled immediately.

PET ETIQUETTE:
-Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.
-Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).
-Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.
-Keep them on leash while outside the home.
-Always pick up after your dog.
-Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.

Late Checkout Policy
Guests must check out by the designated checkout time specified in the rental agreement. Late checkouts without prior approval will incur fees to cover costs including, but not limited to, waiting times for cleaning crews, canceled or delayed cleaning appointments, hardships on arriving guests (e.g., delayed check-ins or compensation), additional wear and tear on the property, and increased utility usage (e.g., electricity, water, or HVAC). The fees, based on the duration past the checkout time, are as follows:
• Less than 1 hour: 10% of the nightly rate or $100, whichever is greater.
• 1-2 hours: 15% of the nightly rate or $250, whichever is greater.
• More than 2 hours: Full nightly rate.
To avoid fees, guests are encouraged to coordinate with us in advance for late checkout requests. Approved late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as agreed upon. These fees are designed to compensate for disruptions to property turnover and operational costs, and we will provide documentation (e.g., cleaning schedules, guest complaints) upon request to ensure transparency.


Additional Cleaning Policy
Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition, consistent with normal use. Any cleaning required beyond what is considered normal or reasonable, as determined by the property management, will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100 per hour. This fee covers costs such as extended cleaning times or specialized cleaning needs. Examples of excessive cleaning needs include, but are not limited to, excessive trash, stains or spills requiring professional treatment, pet hair in non-pet-friendly units, or other conditions requiring significant labor. We will make every effort to accurately reflect the additional work needed and the time required to complete it, providing documentation (e.g., photos, cleaning logs) upon request to ensure transparency.


Important Fee Disclosure for Long-Term Stays (30+ Days):
Should this property be reserved for 28 days or more, we reserve the right to apply additional monthly fees to cover certain ongoing expenses (eg utilities) not included in the standard nightly rate.
These may include, but are not limited to:
• Gas and electricity
• Water and sewer
• Trash and recycling
• Internet and streaming services
• Other utility or maintenance surcharges applicable to the home which will be known prior to the time of booking
These fees may be assessed as either:
• A flat monthly fee, or
• A fee calculated as up to 5% of the monthly rent.
Such fees may be collected directly through the booking platform or invoiced separately as permitted by the booking platform policy. For estimation purposes, please assume an additional fee equal to 5% of the monthly rent unless otherwise specified in advance.

Rented both houses for work retreat for 10 people. The property manager was extremely helpful & attentive. A few of the shower heads did not work well but that did not take away from much. The houses were clean and organized. We had a great time.

We had 16 People Plenty of Room for everyone every room had its own bedroom Just a note all bedrooms do not have TVs But the majority of them do. I would defiantly rebook if the price is right

Perfect place for large groups

This place was outstanding. We had both houses for a large family gathering and everyone loved it. With six bedrooms and eight bathrooms per house we were able to spread out and have some privacy.Very well appointed throughout including the kitchen. We would definitely rent this again
